Very friendly technician
I like the fact that at the end of the "cleaning process" a tool is used to twist the top of the carpeting which makes it look like new again.
Paul F the technician did a great job, and did not "soak" the carpet. I turned my a/c on and all the ceiling fans, and it was all dry within 5 hours. I did this as it was a day with high humidity.
I have used Zerorez for many years, and have always been very pleased with the results.

Great people. Gets the dog urine out very well. It's not cheap if you have several bad urine spots, but it does work very well.
The agent was quick and seemed to be thorough.
My only complaint was that I had requested an early appointment, but ended up with a 4pm to 6pm appointment and did not know about the time until shortly prior to the appointment.
Our final cost was way more than an estimate we received. Would’ve been nice if the estimate was more accurate/close.
Cleaned pretty well but there as a few spots that I have had to take care of myself.
Very professional, on time and good results
We recently had cleaning at two properties, 812 and 816 Laurence Dr, Heath, TX 75032.
816 Laurence was done on 5/25. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone before he started the work and he said that there is some kind of old looking food stain in the living room that he would take care of while he was there. After inspecting this property that stain was not removed and the carpets smelled like dog urine to the point where we don’t even know if the work was done. We are replacing these carpets because of how bad they smell.
812 Laurence was serviced on 6/4. The stains are still there, there is something gross that’s coming to the surface and the smell is terrible.
We would like a full refund.

Your office as well as the technician, Diamante, were very professional and timely. My appointment was moved up a couple of hours since Diamante was ahead of schedule. He explained the process, the length of time it takes to shampoo, and for the carpet to dry. This was my first time using your service and I'm very pleased!
I was worried at first because a big hump showed up in our commercial grade carpet after they came. I reported it and was disappointed the service tech didn’t tell me about it. I called a spoke to customer service and they said to call if it hadn’t gone down in 24-48 hours. But it went down within about 6 hours and is no longer visible. Some carpet areas took longer than 4-6 hours they said for dry time, but all was dry within a day. The service got rid of all the spots and the carpet looks great now. Glad to know now to allow more time for drying, but pleased with the end result.

I’ve used Zerorez in the past and have always been satisfied with both the service itself and the technician- this time was different. The man who did the carpets was on time, but that was as positive as it gets. He didn’t wear to cover his shoes like the technicians before, charged me for rooms I didn’t do even though he said he wouldn’t, missed a huge stain on my carpet and when I pointed it out he said, “I guess I can scrub it harder. But it’s probably pretty deep in the carpet,” so I just said, okay. Tipped him and as soon as he left, I took a microfiber cloth and some oxy clean and it came right out!! So that instantly made me feel like he did a careless job. I went to inspect the work and although it looked clean, there was no clean carpet smell like there has been in the past (smelled like water and carpet). On top of that, he nicked my wall & it chipped the paint off. I called customer service immediately to explain the situation and the lady I spoke with was wonderful and handled the issue as best she could. Not sure I will use you guys in the future after this one.
