I have used Zerorez multiple times. They have never disappointed me. My rugs are rejuvenated after each service. Their technicians are professional and friendly.

Clean and easy!

Looks much better. I had hoped it would look like it did when it was brand new, but maybe the fibers got frayed or tangled beyond going back to its silky luster. The stair carpet is fantastic! Just as good as when it was new

Carpet was not cleaned well. Some spots still remained even though I have stain proof carpet. When I asked the tech to go over again the spots came out. It seems going over one time does not clean adequately. The pet service odor cleaning removal did not work at all. Carpet still smelled of urine and was a waste of money. I even tipped the tech $30 cash to do it again but it stilled smells. This is the 3rd time I have used zero rez and was disappointed. I would like a refund at the bare minimum for the pet service charges and 3 rooms that were not cleaned well. I did a better job with my urine stain remover and carpet shampooer. So I know that this was not an unfixable problem.

Punctual, quick and easy service and payment process, very courteous and respectful technician. Tech also troubleshooting of equipment and diligence to get the job finished was great.

Your crew was on time, courteous and efficient. When they were done the carpet looked great. I couldn't ask for more.

Zerorez did a good job for us and was professional. I gave. Ab 8 rating which is very good. 9 and 10 are reserved for those select few businesses that truly go above and beyond.

I’m not disappointed but didn’t feel like the product was worth the value. The technician was amazing. He was kind and super helpful. However we paid a lot extra for the deep cleaning on some rooms due to prior owners having pets and the carpet having urine stains/smell and there are still very visible traffic stains on our carpet and there is still a smell in the guest bedroom and we paid $1500 to have our carpets cleaned. Just disappointed they don’t look much cleaner than before.

I loved being able to take advantage of national pet month! My carpets are very plush today and I feel so much better about the allergens in our home.

As much as the technician was nice and tried to make it right I would not recommend this carpet cleaner. We paid $300 for them to remove 2 small stains. Those stains did not come up so they said they would come back out free of charge. They came and then tried to charge me another $83 to get the stains out?!? I mean I was like what did the $300 pay for? The technician understood my frustration because I called the office to find out why it was more and was on hold for 10 minutes and then it just directed me to a voicemail. So if you can’t get customer service what is the point? Will NEVER use again.

Alberto was fantastic! He was punctual and did a very thorough job of cleaning. He removed wax that had dropped on the carpet from a candle and some unknown substance stuck to the carpet. Carpets look great!

SERVICE WAS GREAT!

The small pet spots that we paid 750.00 to fix are now large pet spots and our brand new carpet is now ruined. I could have done a better job letting my 4 year old fix it. It looks like he used way to much liquid which allowed the stain to spread instead of pulling it up.
This is not the end of this issue

You did all the upstairs and staircase so I didn't go and look at it until it was dry. You said all the spots came up - I found 1 very noticeable stain and 1 or 2 others that also didn't come up. I took your word that it was clean and unfortunately I was misled. I should have known better than to trust without verifying but I wanted to make sure I didn't mess up the cleaning by walking on carpet that wasn't dry yet. I was told that everything came up and the carpet looked brand new. Overall the job was good, but the main reason I hired you was to remove or at least lighten up those spots. I understand spots don't always come up - but please don't mislead your customer by saying they all came out -- such a disappointment.
