When you charge for gas! You are already expensive and then you charge for gas! I don't think I will use you again. You do a good job but I will also not tip your employees

I like the technician Jeremy Campbell he was very thorough.
After paying $451.00 for 3 rooms, stairs, a couch, and pet treatment (2 gallons at $75.00 per gallon), the pet odor was still there. I literally paid almost $500.00 for something I could have done myself.

We feel like our carpet gets very clean without using harsh chemicals. The technicians are knowledgeable and do a thorough job.

Although the technician was nice, he wasnāt able to clean our air ducts, and we were still charged $120. He did clean our dryer vent, but it was so frustrating as we have a child recently diagnosed with severe allergies, and we would have preferred to have that money applied to cleaning our air ducts or to his treatments, or even cleaning the carpet.
I realize the paperwork probably stated this exception, but we would have appreciated a verbal heads up.

Cleaned one couch and two chairs with lots of dog fur - 10/10 will do it again, exactly the refresh we hoped for.
I was a little disappointed in time commitment. My window was 3:30 - 5:30, and this window of time was not met. However, When the service technician ( I think it was Derrick or Dexter) show up, he was extremely kind and courteous! This carpet has not been cleaned in a year and half. Itās been a day now and the carpet is mostly dry. It looks phenomenal! Iām more than pleased with the work done. Will definitely use the service again and will refer to friends and family! My star rating is 10, no question

I liked the professionalism of Randy and Tay, and Randyās technical explanation of the product and services! They were super friendly and responsive too. I also liked the priceānot too expensive.
This is for the carpet service received and not a reflection of the customer service agent who helped me after.
Iāve used Zerorez in the past and have always been satisfied with both the service itself and the technician- this time was different. The man who did the carpets was on time, but that was as positive as it gets. He didnāt wear to cover his shoes like the technicians before, charged me for rooms I didnāt do even though he said he wouldnāt, missed a huge stain on my carpet and when I pointed it out he said, āI guess I can scrub it harder. But itās probably pretty deep in the carpet,ā so I just said, okay. Tipped him and as soon as he left, I took a microfiber cloth and some oxy clean and it came right out!! So that instantly made me feel like he did a careless job. I went to inspect the work and although it looked clean, there was no clean carpet smell like there has been in the past (smelled like water and carpet). On top of that, he nicked my wall & it chipped the paint off. I called customer service immediately to explain the situation and the lady I spoke with was wonderful and handled the issue as best she could. Not sure I will use you guys in the future after this one.
