We scheduled our cleaning to happen a few days before we moved into our home. This wasn’t a nee home so we wanted the carpets cleaned. They were in bad shape. We made our appointment to be done 1day before move in. They were supposed to come between like 2-6 and never came. Finally they called me and said they wouldn’t be able to come because the guy was stuck at the previous job and I told them we are pretty screwed then since we are having movers move our things the next day I went back and forth with them, but they were finally able to send a guy out to do it late that night after hours. They guy was very knowledgeable and did not complain once about the late hours. He seemed passionate about his job and said he has been doing it for a long time.

A couple of stains that were treated are still present. I believe I spent $200 extra dollars to have these removed.

I did have a problem with the carpet that I did not notice until the tech had gone. I left the closet door open so he could clean the doorway but he failed to close the door and clean behind it. We had a board behind one door which he did not move and clean behind. Otherwise I was pleased.

Everything we wanted was an up charge. I expected 3 rooms clean but for 99 plus tax. I ended up paying double 220.00

We had our air ducts cleaned and carpets cleaned. Both technicians were really thorough and super nice. Definitely recommend!
The technician. He was wonderful He was very through and professional. He was very kind and eager to help. He suggested other types of services that may help with the bad spots. I was impressed. We have used Zerorez for years and he was great.

1 hour late i was waiting at a empty house for 3 hours because sometimes it can take more than 30 mins to get there , was advised by receptionist to leave and come back later , maybe 2pm would be better ? with today,s gas prices i decided to stay , i also was not made aware of the gas surcharge, and he wanted to charge more for a stain removal ?, the technician was ok did not go over and beyond what he had to do
Diamond arrived on time, was courteous and did a thorough job. As each step of the process was completed, he asked for continuous feedback which I appreciated. I will specifically ask for Diamond for my future floor cleaning need from tile to carpet steaming.
