Problems:
1.I made an appointment last week. I called when I had not heard a time frame for my Thursday appointment. I called and the scheduler had not set me up. I asked her to slow down so I could better understand her. I guess she was angry and did not set up the appointment. The person I talked to on Wednesday found a time for me on Thursday.
2. Are your technician bonded. Are we assured that they will not steal.
3. Do the technicians have blue blocks to put under table legs, chairs, couches, etc.
A day after they had cleaned a nasty cat odor, some of the chemical seeped through the wall into the next room and soaked part of a new mattress being stored until the other room was done. Zerorez came out and skillfully cleaned the new mattress like new!

The associate was great but none of the stains came out of my carpet. I could have cleaned them myself and got the same results at a fraction of the cost.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning for a certain date and they did not make out that day and rescheduled… also I made the appointment for a certain amount & item request and the technician shouldn’t have added other items and now my bill is more than double… I’m so disappointed! Even after talking to a Supervisor and no one was able to help.

The technician was a nice guy, however, my boyfriend says that he pushed the upsell too much. To be fair, I believe my boyfriend was grumpy that day. I had left to pick up my daughter from school so I missed the beginning. I probably should have done a walk through before he left but I was too concerned about stepping on the wet carpet. He missed a few minor spots (near my desk and sweater nook) which I may or may not have noticed if it wasn't for my boyfriend showing me. Also when he helped my boyfriend move a wine cabinet they lifted and tilted forward and my china fell out the door. Luckily only 2 teacups were broken. I don't know why they just didn't slide it instead, like my boyfriend and I had done the day before when we moved it away from the wall because I wasn't strong enough to lift it. But, that's my fault for not removing the china from that wine cabinet. Actually a score of 6 might be too low. I'd say an 8 or 9, but I can no longer change my score on the website.
The cleaning was fine and I was satisfied with the appearance of my carpets. The tech was pleasant and did a good job. My issue was the price. I will probably utilize another company for my next cleaning. You advertise the $99 for 3 rooms which is enticing and why I chose your company but all the add ons were ridiculous. Also, I had ONE rug cleaned and it was an 8x10. It was $120 which is absolutely ridiculous. The rug wasn’t filthy just a few minor stains from foot traffic. How can you charge more than what you ask for 3 rooms?! My house is less than 2 years old and after cleaning 4 rooms and a rug I paid over $500. I previously worked in the multifamily industry and my 3 bedroom units didn’t even cost this much with stain removal/pet treatments and all.

I have used Zerorez services since moving to Plwnobthree years ago.
Last week, i called and scheduled service for Friday. The technician was very efficient and polite; the entire service didn’t take 30 minutes.
And early this week, I noticed that two areas where not as clean as I hoped (one was a spot where date honey spilled out if my suitcase and the second was a line of carpet between my bed and an area rug that gets more tracking).
So I called your office, expecting your receptionist to say something like, “No problem; we will have our technician come out and re-clean those areas.” Instead, she said,”Can you take some photos of the area?” So I dutifully took some pictures immediately after our conversation and sent them to you (I think that was Monday)…and heard nothing.
So I called yesterday (after waiting almost a week for a response) and told your receptionist that, given the poor service I had received, I would no longer use your services.
