Spent 200.00 dollars and tech said most of all the stains on the carpet would come up. It did not! I feel like I spent a lot of extra money for nothing. This is not the first time we have been very disappointed in their service!

My technician Jesse did a great job, took his time and really cleaned my carpets well. They look fabulous! He also did spot treatments in one room and a protective treatment that I’m trying for the 1st time.

I scheduled 3 weeks before I needed the carpets cleaned because we sold our home. My appointment was cancelled about an hour before you were supposed to arrive. I tried to explain to the dispatcher that we were handing over the keys to the new homeowner the next day and I needed the carpets cleaned that day. They said they had to reschedule for the next day between 4 and 6. At 4:00 I hadn’t heard so I called for an update since I was at my new residence which was at least 30 minutes away and was told someone would be there between 5 - 5:15 so I headed to the house. At 5:30 no one showed so I called and was told they would be there by 6:15. No one showed up until 6:45. The new homeowner was not very happy since she had planned to be at the house to paint before the movers arrived. Everyone was inconvenienced due to the rescheduling and still they didn’t arrive until way late! Needless to say I was not very happy about this at all!!
You guys told the service takes 3-6 hrs but the work was completed in 2 hours and a price of $1700 for 2hrs service is a ripoff. Sadly I did not know much about the vent cleaning process
This service man was not well trained nor communicated with by the office personnel. When he arrived I repeated to him what I had discussed on two occasions with your office. He asked to use my vacuum on the rug before cleaning it. After cleaning most of the rug he pointed out the clean area versus a small section that was not cleaned. He then “cleaned“ the previously unclean portion. He said he was finished. Once again I looked at the small portion and told him it was not clean. He said he had done all he could and it would not make any difference if he tried it again. I told him to try it anyway, he did and it did become clean. He then told me not to move the rug back into the house for two hours because it needed to dry. I explained to him that part of the agreement I had made with his office was for a service man to return the rug to the original location after it dried. He told me he couldn’t do that, that he wasn’t going to be in the area. After contacting his office he told me another service man would be out later that afternoon to return the rug to our living room. Then he wanted to be paid before the job was completed. I told him numerous times that he would be paid when the job was completed and returning the dried rug to the living room was part of the job. After much discussion he called his customer service office. She also said that they were used to being paid when the service man leaves. Once again I explained to them they need to talk to the gentleman I spoke with when I called to arrange for the service and that they would be paid when the job was completed.
Later that afternoon the same service person returned to replace the rug in my living room. He left the vacuum on the patio where he had used it. He did not empty the vacuum canister nor did he even wrap the cord up on the vacuum cleaner. He apologized over and over for his prior behavior. Empty words!
For $322 to clean one rug I expected that Zerorez would: provide top quality service personnel and:
-provide their own vacuum as part of the cleaning service;
-document the service agreed to so that other employees such as the service man would know exactly what was to be done;
-not insist on payment prior to completion.
This service man was too argumentative about the service He lost sight of the fact that I was the customer and he was to provide the rug cleaning service.

Carpet dried quickly and wak paths appear clean. Carpet cleaner did a great job.

The person that service my whole house carpet did a good job with my carpet. It feels so clean and he worked hard cleaning it. He stayed a pretty good time in each room to make sure that most of the spots are gone but the on my one room which a lot worst he was able to get rid of 90% of the stain.
I'm happy with his work and I'm hoping that he will still be with Zerorex next year when I need my carpet clean again.

Professional service, good quality clean without a chemical smell
This is the second time we had Zerorez out to clean our carpets. THe first time we were very satisfied. We sang your praises to others. This time, we were a little disappointed. Our person was nice, arrived on time, etc. He did not really focus on stains at all unless I mentioned each one. He left an entire section in the middle of one of our rooms untouched. That section was completely dry. I was just disappointed with the results overall. If I use you all again, I would love to have our first technician come back! He was the best!
Our carpet looks brand new again! Hands down the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used and will definitely use again. He paid special attention to hard to clean spots. The carpet was damp to the touch, but not over saturated when he finished. It looks beautiful! Great job!

The tech tried very hard to upsell me and then quite frankly just really didn’t do a very good job cleaning my carpets. While they are cleaner, he could have done another pass or two and doubled the effect. Not terribly impressed.
