Diamond was very professional, courteous, funny, and a joy to work with. There should be more people like him in the world! He was finishing up a job started a week earlier because they had to stop because of a broken belt in their truck. He was very re-assuring that the job would be done perfectly and it was.

The equipment was leaking and the technician had to cover it with a towel....... but the carpet looks great and buddy was very professional and personable...

Professional cleaners. Polite, and my worker asked me where I had any problem that needed special care. He wore booties doing the cleaning. He did a fantastic job.

The service man did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He did exactly what I asked him to do which was get around all the edges of the carpet in the room. He is also very polite and nice. I will use zerores anytime I need my carpets cleaned.

We have had other popular carpet cleaning companies come out but none of them could lift the puppy pee all over a bedroom and deep set stains. They pulled it right out!! we are sticking with zero Rez you guys are terrific!!
