We did have some issues with scheduling where we were told it would be one day but then they canceled on that day. They were able to reschedule for that coming weekend before our renters moved into the house thankfully. Overall a really great company!

Diamond provided an excellent representation of service. He was very polite and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. The cleaning process with the high Tech wand is amazing. All your techs should have those. I will request Diamond on my next cleaning for sure!

We had our carpet cleaned on 2 different days - split the entire house between the 2 days. The first day the tech turned on the water and wasn't watching it and my husband had to yell at him to come turn off the water because it wasn't pouring out on the carpet. He did try to get as much of it out of the carpet before he began the job. Anyway that spot stayed wet for about 24 hours after the cleaning. Also I wish he would have been more careful with his hose when he pulled it down our hallway. He probably doesn't think it could affect the paint, but you really could damage the paint. Also he was on his phone some of the time while he was cleaning. Maybe he was talking to the office, maybe it was a personal call. I don't know? He was a friendly guy, but I would rather a carpet tech not be on the phone while cleaning our carpet. (He was using ear buds.) The tech on the 2nd day was Buddy. He did a great job!! Not on the phone, took his time and was paying attention to cleaning our carpet. Like i said Buddy did a great job!

Randy was on time and explained different cleaning options. He was thorough and didn’t leave a mess. Showed up in time. Thumbs up!

I was very impressed with the quality of cleaning that zerorez did. They came about 2-3hrs earlier than schedule, after calling me to confirm the change just because they had an early opening.
My carpets look almost new. I say 'almost new' because I know they are not. No one else would know that. The rooms smell better, we breath in better air and, most of, my kids can play safely on the carpet.
I would definitely recommend zerorez to my friends.

Great service, carpet is excellent.

I was unhappy with the person you sent to perform the service. His remarks were uncalled for, he disappeared for a period, come to find out he was using my bathroom without permission. I asked about the free room and the answer he gave was sharp and he stated he could only do carpet.

Our carpets stay clean longer with the Zerorez process. I also like it that it is quick and the technicians are quality individuals.
