I had my carpets cleaned on This Saturday. They looked good after the guy finished. But once they dried .there was a couple of places that you can tell where he did not clean .
Not all stains could be removed, but my carpet looks much cleaner. Buddy arrived right on time, and was very professional.

The technician was very good and very professional. When I called to get the pricing, it was supposed to be $99 for 3 rooms. Suddenly it $137. A gas charge and an environment charge. I don't blame the technician. Why didn't the person I talked to on the phone disclosure those charges?

Terry T. was the representative who cleaned our carpets. We use Zerorez annually for carpet cleaning and applying a protective spray.
Terry was a excellent worker and good representative. Courteous and helpful and very quick and complete cleaning.

Zerorez did an incredible job cleaning my carpets; made them look brand new for a fraction of the cost of competitors. The rep was on time, professional, and really nice. Knocked it out of the park. I’ll be using Zerorez exclusively from now on
No soap or chemicals being used. And their technicians can ways answer any questions or concerns I may have.
First zerorez was late without calling until after my appt time. Then, carpet cleaning did not get out any spots, nor the water based paint on edges (I was informed after cleaning, that zerorez no longer cleans to edge of rooms).
Grout cleaning seemed to suck our some of it, and made group appear to be multicolored. Your tech told me I must have installed 3 colors of grout - I told her I didn’t. She kept repeating I must have.
Total waste of money.
Carpet still smelled like wet feet after drying. I was able to get it to stop stinking my self. Stains came right back. Will never use again.
