Was on time and great job
The technician was great, he was there on time, polite, and cleaned up great. The only reason I give lower stars is because i did the $99/3 room special, but was never told about the additional fees. All in all I paid $147. Just felt very bait and switch to me.

The technician who cleaned the carpets was reckless with the hose- it banged into the door frames as he worked in a room. He was on his phone not working for several minutes. Didn't want us watching. The waivers we signed afterwards, weren't clear. Wasn't straight forward at the before beginning.

Your technician was a bit on the rude side. I have used your services many times, and had always been very happy, with both, the quality of your service, as well as your technicians. This time, not so much with your technician, nor the quality of his work.
Our technician Ty was very skillful, thorough, friendly and courteous. The carpets seemed very clean when he left.
Love the way Zerorez cleans my carpet. It isn't dirty in two weeks like soap-based products. Would recommend them to everyone.

I liked your technician Jessie Rena. He did the best job of any of the technicians who have been to my house. I would recommend he be requested to my friends.
It was 100 degrees outside and the door has to be kept open for almost 4 hours. It caused the ac condensation lines to get backed up because it could not handle all the humidity caused by door open and ac running. Had to call out the ac tech to service the equipment. Next time I will not run the ac if the door has to be open.
