Our carpets were filthy. High traffic areas and stains that I didn't even know the source of. Tay (Shontay) from Fort Worth is AMAZING! She explained the process and products to me upfront. Then managed my expectations by telling me that she may not be able to get out all of the stains. Then she went to work on her hands and knees spray treating each stain. She removed stains that I didn't think would come out. She was visibly disappointed about the stains she couldn't remove and apologized. I forgot to tell her that those stains were permanent. I already knew they wouldn't come out from previous treatments. Tay is a consummate professional and a very hard worker. She is better than the best! I want her to be my permanent technician.

In every way. They called me to say they were coming between 3:30 5:30. They called when I was on my way home. I was pulling in my driveway about 1:30 and the driver was pulling up. The price was completely different from what was quoted. Everything was an addition cost. Then I was told that the living room carpet was wool and to clean it was exorbitant. I knew it wasn’t so the supervisor apologized. The technician was very nice. I don’t do business like this.

Prompt and quality service

It all started when they called me to ask if they could do my carpet one hour earlier. Unfortunately I cannot do it one hour earlier as there were some items I still need to be removed from the carpet due to the move out. They kept calling and texting letting me know that the tech could not get in my house. I called and let them know I cannot have the carpet started until 330 as my window is from 3:30 to 530. The lady proceeded to tell me my appointment was at 1 o’clock. She told me my window was from 1 o’clock to 3 o’clock in which I said no it’s not and she said yes it is and finally she said oh I see, I will let them know not to go to your house until 330. At 5:30 I get a call letting me know the check will be an hour late. That was not a problem the tech arrived and started cleaning my carpets. He finished one room started in another room and his machine broke. He mentioned he did have issues and they had someone look at it earlier and they said it was fine so now it was too late at that point for them to get someone else out there to help. So he said I should be hearing back from zero razz the next day. I did not hear back from zero razz until I called to find out what’s going on. Then I was told all of the managers were in a meeting and someone will get back to me no later than the end of the day. A manager did call me back at one in the afternoon apologizing about the text issue and asking if I wanted to reschedule. Yes I want to reschedule as this is a move out cleaning I scheduled it for the 29th end of the month is the 30th. He tells me the next available appointment they have is July 5 . I said well I need my carpets cleaned today as it’s the last day of the month due to a move out. He then asked oh OK so you want to cancel? There was no trying to make it right, trying to squeeze me in to get it done, nothing more aside from I apologize the tech had issues . It’s just been all-around horrible experience. So now I had to get another company to clean my carpets and the earliest they can do it is Saturday. Which is two days after my lease is up, possibly resulting in a prorated fee that I will have to pay my landlord .

I feel like they are good for my carpet. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.

Always prompt and let's me know when they'll be here. The carpets get cleaned and dry within a reasonable time.
