Michael our Technician was great, very friendly and responsive. He did a great job, we asked him to go over the visible spots on the rug and he did. Two spots were not able to come out, but it was not for trying, he went over them numerous times.

I’ve used Zerorez ever since I bought my home 4 yrs ago… I like to have my carpets professionally cleaned at least once a year since we have kids and pets. They are always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and leave my carpet looking brand new! :)
