I will not ever use you all again. You decided to not make it right after I contacted you and I called the HVAC Tech to check my air conditioning unit. They said it was not my air conditioner that caused the wet spot. You've lost me as a customer after all the business I've given over the years. Weigh the cost of a lifetime relationship against a mere $75.00 extraction I requested.

We had another company do the carpet from a house we were moving from. They did a terrible job on pet stains and we had them come back and it wasn't any better. So when we were about to move into a new house we called Zerorez. They did a much better job and were cheaper too. That's who we are using from now on.

No chemicals in cleaning liquid. Very professional employees that pay attention to detail.
The gentleman was very nice and perfectly on time. However, it doesn't seem as if he moved even the lightest of items. My husband and I spent time moving a lot of rugs and furniture, but some just needed to be scooted, vacuumed and scooted back. This does not seem to be done. Also, the technician wanted to know the source of the carpet on the stairs. I asked the reason and he said that the source would dictate which solution was used. Huh? I thought the whole point of Zerorez was that there was NO solution used. Very confusing.
Easy to schedule. Timely arrival. Dries quickly. No heavy perfume odor. Very nice technicians. Fast procedure
The follow up from Fabian and Spencer was fabulous! My carpet looks like new (or at least as close to new as a 12 year old carpet can look). Thank you so much for the care and concern you demonstrated in responding to our concern. We are definitely customers for life.

Carpets look great. The technician was professional and wore a mask, which I appreciated. The carpet took more like 8 hrs to dry but it is humid right now, so it could be because of that. Good price too.
I like that there are no chemicals and only water is used. I like how efficient the service technician was and that he knew how Zerorez worked and what was in it.
