Our service guy was excellent

John was very honest with us about one of our area carpets. It was heavily soiled by pet urine. It had been clean prior with a rug doctor with a pet solution before it went into storage for two years. Obviously, the urine smell came back stronger than ever. He said he could take it into the factory and have it washed multiple times but it would cost far more than what the carpet was valued. We decided that it was probably best to throw it out and buy a new one.

He was able to clean another area carpet for us as well as the couch, recliners, and dining room chairs. We really loved him!

I'm a repeat offender when it comes to Xerorez. I've been using the company since 2016 when I lived in Austin, Texas. So when I relocated to Fort Worth in 2020 I knew who I wanted to clean my home. And I must admit the DFW team is just as good as the ATX crew. I've scheduled carpet and grout services with the DFW team and pleased everytine. Just be patient if the driver is 30 minutes behind; they can't prevent traffic woes. And you'll be satisfied with the work once completed.

Please forgive my delay in completing this rating and feedback!!

We were about to move into a new home and the carpets, although we were told that they had been cleaned, did not smell or look clean. In addition, they had a dog and there were pet odors in the carpeted rooms.

My husband scheduled Zerorez and your excellent representative, Diamond, came out to our residence before we moved in.

I cannot compliment enough how outstanding Diamond is and how he exceeded all our expectations in customer service! Diamond went way above in what we hoped for in the cleaning our carpets and in cleaning the kitchen tile. Diamond should be your #1 example, your poster-example to represent Zerorez!

From the moment he came to the door, his demeanor and personality were "how can I serve you" and he had an over-the-top great attitude!!

He took time to listen to my concerns about the condition of our carpets/tile, then he went into great detail of what Zerorez, he would do to make it clean and sanitized.

While he was cleaning, he also would ask me to check to see if I thought areas looked clean and he shared his progress as he finished one room and went to the next. He even took additional time and effort to work on stubborn grimy areas on the tile. He worked so hard getting our carpets and the tile clean! Watching him work so hard, witnessing his diligence, his conscientious and strong work ethic, and impeccable and polite customer service , immediately assured us that we received an incredible return on the money we invested to have this done! And we have the peace of mind walking on our floors and seeing the beautiful results in our new home!

your techs always do a great job and there are no chemicals in your cleaning method. also, the floors dry much quicker than steam cleaning.

I love the No Chemical process, once is dries it leaves my carpet Soft and comfortable. Not hard and stiff. It's an Amazing technology.

The tech was in our home less that 20 minutes total.
Never asked if we had spots that needed attention.
I pointed out a spot … “nope thats bleach, it won’t come up”. when i knew what it was and was a spill from the day before!
If it cant be removed … fine, but argumentative doesn’t work for me.
Then charges extra …

My carpet is no cleaner today than we he arrived.

The technician who cleaned our carpets did an excellent job. He was efficient and friendly. The carpets look wonderful. Zerorez has consistently done a great job on our carpets - particularly with one room that has a stain issue. Each time Zerorez has cleaned it, the carpet has looked good for months before the stain started to reappear. And each time, less and less stain comes back.
I also appreciate that Zerorez does not try to sell me all kinds of stuff.

One favor I would ask is to please clean the footprints off the floors left in process of cleaning the carpet.
