I love the fact that cleaning doesn’t take a long time. The technician are knowledgeable about treating g stains and I am left with very clean carpets. Fast drying too! Brian was the technician and he did an excellent job!

Tech was nice and thorough but he tried a couple of times to “pressure sell” Duct Cleaning. I did not appreciate this. I explained initially that this was one of my rent houses and I had to keep within a budget. The carpet cleaning was expensive already.

Consistent quality
I was charged higher than what we agreed on before. I was told and confirmed (by supervisor over phone) that I would be given two coupons; they applied only one after the task was complete. Quality of work is not good. I had only one spot in the whole house- that didn't come out.
Usually Zerorez does a fantastic job. However, we were a little disappointed this time. Our fellowship hall and kitchen floor did not look much different than it did before it was cleaned.
The thing i like most about your products is that they work! I was closing on my home in 2 days when I found a red stain on my carpet from some fabric I had stored under my bed. It was more of a red tint, but still problematic. Thank goodness for Spencer! He went to work and got just the right blend of products on the carpet and the stain totally disappeared! Not only did I not want the expense of replacing the carpet, but with everything left to do, I did not have the time to do so. I am so thankful for Spencer and Zerorez!

I have used your service for years. I was charged extra for our living room today its about 260 feet however the other two rooms were both under 200 feet. Plus the environmental fee is an added charge.

Price was reasonable and technician was great. Professional, friendly and took pride in his work.
The technician was very nice and professional. The 6 does not have anything to do with him. However, I expected a better result. Our carpets are only 5 years old with not many stains at all and pretty much they all came back. Our carpets stunk afterwards like pets and we even paid $120 extra for the enzyme stuff he recommended. We also booked during the rangers free ticket promotion and had the work done the same week per the promotion and we did not receive any free tickets. Would not use your company again.

Carpets are very clean looking. Love the way they look. Just love them. But the room where the dog had messed is still full of odor. The stains are gone but still very stinky. Zerorez was no help here.
I stated in my on line appt and explained what I needed. Then when tech got here it was about $400 more than estimate. And cat smell still present

Promo of $99 for 3 rooms. We had 2 rooms plus $25 for 2 very small closets, fuel charge, disposal charge.
Seems 2 closets would equal a bedroom.

After I have to pay $400 for carpet cleaning and $900 for air duck cleaning to do something everyone else would have done for half the the cost I don’t think I’ll be using you guys again. When you dime your customers for everything especially during our times it’s hard to go back to spending this much money. Get one price including taxes and your fees if you want to be honest.
