Our tech was helpful with questions I had and he did a great good .

The cleaning was very good and the carpet looked better.
We paid for the Whole House Protectant, but I am not sure how it was applied.
When the technician finished cleaning with the machine, he packed up and left.
Nothing was sprayed on and nothing was said about it at the end.
Hence it would be good to follow up on that, as it was a $90 fee.

Otherwise, the tech arrived about 25 minutes out of the 10 to 12 window. I did receive a phone call at 11:45 that he would be there around 12:15. I know this is a tough call, but if there was someway to estimate "he will be there close to 12", then I could have gotten more errands done.

Lastly, it seems like he received quite a few phone calls, i.e. he was on the phone quite a bit.
This may have been work related, I do not know. If so, then fine. If not, then it's personal time on my dime. I had a lot to do that day before going to work.

Again, the result was good and the tech is was professional.

The carpets were very clean & done in a timely manner.

The tile service left my house smelling fresh and clean.

Kieth was extremely professional and did a great job on my carpets. He did better than I expected with ten year old carpets he made them look almost new again. You have gained a customer for life. I have never had a service do as great a half Zerorez.

No use of chemicals

How well it cleans our carpet after 3 years. (Wow!) And the technician was very detailed and helpful showing me part after cleaning and how it looked before cleaning. Great job! Thanks to Good Morning Texas for the referral.

Jeremy Campbell was awesome. Addressing all of my neurotic wife's concerns and very accommodating with our pet situation.

My tech came way earlier than I expected without the 30 min call. I knew he would likely be early but had to leave work as no call was made to me that he was 30 minutes out. Price changed but they did honor the original quote. Also his tool broke and had to wait for a replacement. The hose kept my door open in 100 degree weather while he waited the entire time for the replacement.

Hi! Great service, my carpets look brand new! Javier did an amazing job. He was on time even a little early, walked me through the process, answered all my questions, was very polite and extremely careful inside the house. He worked very efficiently, was done quickly but yet did a very good job. Five stars service and technician. hope he gets a raise because of the outstanding service he provides.
