I’ve used ZeroRez before and I’ve been very happy. This time not so much. The carpet looks “compressed” not fresh. There is a residue on the carpet. Gives resistance when I move my foot on the carpet. And the carpet looks …well bad.
I think the girl, who did the work, was not too careful. A strip between my couch and coffee table…I think she skipped.

When she entered the price on her tablet, I told her about the price I had been given and she said OK. when I see the bill in my email it is 169.95. That is 70% more than you advertised!! Very disappointed!!

Good job. Had trouble with truck but sent a replacement out very quickly.
The services were great. Justin was very hard-working and professional. Unfortunately I wouldn’t hire Zeroez for shower glass though. Anything else I’d recommend them for.

There are several brown spots in the den area. It looks really bad…worse than
before it was cleaned. And the worse part is it’s not my house. I’m expecting a phone call from you to tell me how you can correct this major problem. I never spend this kind of money to clean carpet but I trusted you to do a good job. What a huge disappointment and a major stress! I really dread for my relatives to see this mess. They trusted me to have the carpets cleaned and now I have to deal with this problem and them.😩😤😠😠

You could have shared the additional fees upfront, rather after completion of the job. It seemed deceptive. Also, receiving a call back from The manager would have been beneficial.

I like the fact that after a few hours we can walk on the carpets. Ricardo was great with getting the carpets looking very nice, even the wine spots!! The one spot that was left, I don't think it was his fault, but Edwin came and cleaned up the smear nicely. He felt it could have been a food with a dye in it that discolored the carpet. All is well, and I'd be happy to refer others to Zerorez for your services.
Entire carpet in Last name removed cleaned. Most looked very good, but some areas under furniture in formal dining room for the entire life of the carpet still was discolored.
