My technician, Keith, was excellent. I added some cleaning to the service, ( bathroom wall tile and tile floors ) and he said no problem and cleaned them before the carpets. he was on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.

My furniture was very dirty. I was at the point where I wanted to throw it out it smelled and looked so bad. The guy that came yesterday really took his job seriously and made everything look, feel, and smell brand new. He was patient and kind even after running out of water. He wasn't in a rush and showed professionalism the entire time.
