Our carpets were cleaned well. However, the exhaust from the truck's generator was close to a lantana bush adjacent to the driveway and it burned about half the bush. We did not notice this until after Javier had left. I tried calling to report this but, after being on hold for 15 minutes, I sent an email. Still no response to that message.

$99 special turned into $1000 because of a couple spots. I thought if you didn't get up the issue you'd come out for free to fix. Nope.

Fabian M was by far the best technician I've had to date. There was a spot I had tht noe of your other technicians were able to remove its been there for several years. Fabian got it out.

Triston did an amazing job! He got stains out that I never thought could ever come up! Very impressed by this company. Might be a little on the pricey side of things, but if you have the budget to splurge I would because my carpets look brand new!
