Men were on time even early by 30 minutes. Did a fast job accessing the job and air vents were pretty clean. Clean out dryer vent and reduced the price due less work needing to be done. Very happy with cleaning processing. Will use again.

Technician was great, the administration of appointment was not so good.
I scheduled an appointment for air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and tile cleaning/grout sealant via the website on 8/8/2022. The appointment I selected was 8/17/2022 at 10:00 AM, which fit in to my busy schedule. I was contacted 8/16/2022 at 3:15 PM, less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment, to inform me that I would need to schedule two separate appointments because carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning cannot be done at the same time. For some reason, my initial scheduled appointment window was not an option. Since we are moving into a new house this weekend (8/18/2022), both cleanings needed to be done prior to then. Luckily I was able to find two appointment windows on the 17th and 18th that my mother-in-law was able to be present for since I could not make it to an appointment outside my originally scheduled window. The air duct cleaning on the 17th went great, however, the cleaning on the 18th did not. The technician informed us that to spot clean the grout was an additional $310 charge, for only a few small spots. Since the tile is brand new, it did not need to be cleaned throughout. We declined the high charge for that work. The appointment details apparently were not clear for what we needed. We paid for the grout sealant and carpet cleaning as agreed upon.
The only reason I am giving a 2 instead of a 0 is because the cleaning looks great. The customer service experience was a 0. I don't mind that the two different cleanings cannot be done in the same appointment window, but if that is the case don't allow someone to book it that way. Or at least give them more than 24 hours notice. We were lucky to be able to make this work, otherwise we would have cancelled everything and gone a different direction since we have to move in this weekend.
