Charge less for cleaning tile. Compared to the carpet cleaning, it seemed to be the same amount of work but 2-3 times the cost.

The most important point for us was the non-toxic cleaning. We also loved the customer service over the phone and the information that Buddy provided while he was here cleaning our carpets.

I have called in multiple times to help me with an issue where I have requested them to send me the before and after cleaning pictures of my Air Duct cleaning job. Its been little more than a week and I still haven't got all the pictures that I have requested for nor got any correspondence from the team.
