My carpet looks amazing. There was no chemical smell. The employee was very polite and informative. He worked fast and made sure I was able to leave for my sons baseball game on time. I would recommend Zerorez.

What do you like about our products and services?

I was so shocked when I went upstairs to look at my carpet. I have very light carpet and three young kids- it was stained and gross. I honestly was just hoping for a little improvement. Honest to goodness, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I am very impressed and will use you again as soon as my kids stain it.

The techs are always professional and efficient. They get the job done in a timely manner and I for me of any spots and how they can treat them. Carpets always look and feel great. Only complaint is it can take longer to dry depending on the weather.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpets don't even look like they have been cleaned. This was my first time using Zero Rez and I was enticed by your chem free service. Testimonials I read looked really good - people saying carpets looked new afterwards. My service was done Saturday and I am sick at what I paid. All spots still visible. Honestly wonder if somehow the cleaning product was forgotten....
