They do an amazing job. I though I would be needing to get new carpeting until they cleaned it. I’ve used many carpet cleaning services in the past and the spots somehow keep coming back. Zerorez is the the very best.

I think your prices were very expensive. I expected to pay about 100.00 plus pet treatment maybe another 100.00 but I was at 450.00 when he left. Yes I did agree to the added charges but it just added up so fast anc the guy was a great salesman. He was very nice and carpet looked great ..just too many extras, add one.
Because of the cost, I would definitely warn anyone considering zerorez to be aware upfront cost expectations are not realistic. Expect to pay more.
I am going to buy a carpet shampooer so I never have to call someone in again.

I also really appreciate the techs that come to my home.
They are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I would
like to commend Diamond, the tech that was here this week.
Our carpet looks brand new. We have family coming very soon
and 2 are allergic to many things. In texting them I mentioned
having the carpets cleaned and they were nervous about the
chemicals and residue. When I said "not to worry because I
always use Zerorez there was no more hesitation and were relieved.
