Javier was my technician and he worked hard to get my carpets clean. My carpets are very old and stained, but Javier got a lot of the stains out! I like it that my cats can walk around on the wet carpet and I don't have to worry about them getting sick on some foreign substance. I always call Zerorez when I want my carpets cleaned well. Thank you.

The gentleman that came out to clean my carpets was very quick, professional and friendly and did a great job. He didn't try to up sell me any other services which was appreciated. Our landlord stated the carpets were in better condition when we moved out than when we moved in :)

We have worked with Zerorez on multiple occasions. We love the process your company uses to clean and don't have to worry about toxic chemicals used to clean our carpet, etc. However, your technicians are not consistent. We have worked with Darwin in the past and he is so thorough, taking care to put corner guards to protect walls, wearing shoe covers when he comes in, using the special fan you provide to dry rooms as he works on others and careful to have a professional, but friendly attitude. Then, there are those who come in and just go straight to cleaning... hitting walls with the hoses and not using the fans.. leaving as quick as possible and it's obvious not everything was done as it should. It would be nice if you had a way to check on your employees to make sure they are doing the work right by providing a checklist we check before paying so that we are all on the same page. Also, if your employees are moving from house to house pretty fast, it should be a red flag to you as well that something is not being done right. Again, we love the Zerorez way of cleaning carpet, but not the inconsistency of the technicians, which was the case this Saturday.

It looked like someone vacuum over what I vacuumed and the carpet wasn't clean there was a spot on my carpet in the same spot. Every room looked like a waste of time and money. So, I will use another company to compare cleaning services.

I specifically made the appointment for the 3:30-5:30pm slot after my initial Saturday appointment was canceled, so when I rescheduled I told the main office that I could ONLY do late afternoon since I work night shift and sleep in the day. The day of my appointment I get a text at 11:15 am saying the technician is done early elsewhere, and could arrive in 20 minutes. I immediately called the office and stated that I would be sleeping, I work nights, and could NOT do earlier than the original 3:30 time frame. I go to sleep, then get woken up to a call at 2:10pm asking if the technician could come then, since they were "done early." I had already reminded the previous caller from 11:15am that I could NOT do earlier than 3:30 pm. I stated this again to the caller at 2:10, and then the technician arrived at 3:30. I didn't get hardly any sleep, and it was very frustrating.
