Every spot that weas "treated" come back the next day. Now, I understood that some would and the reasons why (i.e. candle wax and pet stains) but all of the spots came back. The technician that came out talked my husband into treating one room in particular with the pet deodorizer for $100 each cash (he said that the chemicals were his personally) and the carpets do not smell any better.
Even though our carpet 20 years old, we have maintained it well. I have some traffic areas that aren't that bad. I expected you guys to do better job cleaning it that it turned out. I listen to Gene & Julie on 103.7 and they said Zerorez was able to clean a spot in their carpet that awful and no other cleaning company was successful. So, I had very high expectations. Your guy did as good as the other guys...not much of a difference.
My technician suggested to me the "Non-guaranteed Pet Treatment". We discussed the price to be $270 for the service when in actuality the service was $90 per room, the technician assumed I wanted three rooms serviced therefore relayed the price to me as one lump sum. I realized this upon recieving an email of my Service/Product Summary, which I recieved AFTER I had paid for my services but had I known the actual break down of the fees, in my case, I would have omitted one room from being serviced.
Friendliness, thoroughness, patience with questions and knowledge of services. Always a smile on the tech's face.
When I time window is given, it would be greatly appreciated to have the service technician call if s/he is going to be late, i.e., arriving AFTER the allotted time frame.
My carpet looks cleaner and stays cleaner longer.
I was very pleased with how friendly the tech person was, how fast I was able to set an appointment, and how clean the carpet turned out.
The cleaning is excellent. I really appreciated the black Friday special. It made the service much more affordable once I added additional rooms and bought the spot remover kit. Our technician, Mike, was awesome.
The tech that cleaned my carpet did a wonderful job and it looks great. He removed pet stains and made the carpet look brand new.
thank you

I like the fact that you use no chemicals to clean with. Your techs are always friendly and very professional. I've used you for years and will continue as long as I live in the DFW area.
Very courteous technician, did a great job!
My carpet felt so soft after the cleaning
I neede zerorez to do a second time over and they came out the very next day. That's very cool.
2nd time to use your services - the best carpet cleaning around.
I've left a phone message regarding this info, but have not heard back yet. This was the 3rd time I've used zerorez, this time the work done was not up to my expectations. The two areas----closet still has spots on the floor, and our bedroom---the main walk pattern seemed clean, but after drying I'm not pleased. Prior experiences have all been very favorable. The technician was in and out very quickly---perhaps too quickly!
The employees are what keeps me coming back, there always so courtesy and knowledgeable! And always do such a great job cleaning my carpets and paying such good attention to detail and making sure I'm happy with the job before I leave!
Very good service, these guy's know what they are doing. This is the best my carpets have looked after being cleaned. I will be call you again. Thanks Zerorez
No chemicals no residue. Great service
When you call for an appointment, they don't tell you that Zerorez have a room size of 200 square feet. So of course the rep said mine were oversized and that was an additional charge. Then a had a couple of spots and that was another outragious charge along with the pet treatment. So from 129.95 special it went to 487.00 and some change. The only thing the phone rep asked if I had and blood or hard to remove stains.
This is just a bait and switch. Reel the customer in for 129.95 and than it's going to be 487.00. You have a good product, but be real and advertise the real price, not one that I'm sure no one will pay.
Carpet smells like dirt, told me that in order to get it to smell better I would need to pay in excess of $500.00 for my 600sf of carpets. Cleaning special is a "bait and switch".
I realize my carpet is worn but I can still see the paths that we were trying to get rid of and I was hoping for better results.
Well, you're company is called "Zerorez" I was told that your product is only treated water, and your cleaning gets out what others leave behind. After my carpets dried, they are not as soft as they once were, and it feels as if there is residue on my carpet. Also, the technition that did the cleaning warned us that we should use the treatment for pet stains. He told me that without the treatment, the cleaning would only make the carpet smell worse. I got the treatment, it cost me $90 extra for the treatment. I feel that the advertising is misleading, also, I really wish the customer service representative that I talked to on the phone would have asked me if I had any pets, and let me know about the treatment. However, it is my fault because I should have researched your company and your product much more before making a decision.
Spots reappeared within 24 hours in spite of using fans to assist the drying process as suggested by the "tech".
I plan to call back Monday and give an opportunity to re-clean.
There was actually a blue stain left on my carpet from the blue cord on the equipment used. When I asked the tech if he was going to make sure that came out he said oh yes that will come out....
I would only recommend Zerorez to a friend if they had a very light superficial job, not pets. And then I would request the first tech, Chad. The energy he spent may have been misplaced because my main objective was the hallway, not the 'mystery spot', but he is a hard, sincere worker and I would trust him to do the best job he knew how.
The second tech who came out, Seth?, told me that pet treatments don't really work because they are just superficial and that pets can still smell the odor through the pad and will go right back to the same spot. He said without actually removing the pad and tack strips and putting sealer on the concrete and walls right by the soiled areas, it was a total waste of money. But...he was willing to do it again for me if I paid for a second treatment because he could see new spots (even right under where the vinyl runner and doggy pads were, too?!)
Seth said the cost to properly treat with pad/strip redo and sealers was extremely expensive and would only be worth it if the carpet is brand new. He said money spent on the pet treatment was just thrown away and that he would take that money and spend it on odor removers until I was ready to replace the carpet, treating the area properly first. I told him the reason I had the hallway professionally cleaned is because I couldn't afford new carpet at this time.
Seth recommended laminate as the floor covering of choice for people with pets, but I have talked to a flooring expert since and he said definitely NOT laminate, or tile or wood, but vinyl because if animals wet the laminate, no matter how good a quality, it will seep inbetween the edges and the animals smell it and keep going there .
I am on a limited budget and it really upsets me to know that I paid a lot of money for something that is ineffective. My expectations were that professional cleaning would make my carpet better, not worse. Also, if it is certain not to work...which Seth said was the case and it states so on every invoice.....then why offer the service at all? It seemed to me that Seth didn't really want to do anything for me anyway unless I paid again...and even then, it was not guaranteed and likely to make the area look/smell worse afterwards. I didn't get the feeling that he wanted to be here and told him so. I explained to him that it wasn't my idea but that a supervisor had insisted and I had appreciated that they wanted to send someone to spend more time on the hallway. According to Seth I should have had to pay again because there were new spots, but then again, those also would not be guaranteed and if he went over the hall again, the odor and stains would likely be even worse. Well, I took a 15 min call from a friend and Seth was in/out and done with the hall faster than I was done with my call. The carpet was wet, the bottoms of my white socks are wet and dirty, and the odor was worse. I guess he wants to encourage me to call ZeroRez again?
Honestly, I as I said earlier, I really did like the first tech,Chad, so much that I actually would call and ask for him again. I wish that he had spent the energy on the hallway instead of the mystery spot, but he is a hard worker, and honest, and I would give him another try. I really do wish I hadn't spent an extra 120 hard earned dollars on this very disappointing experience. If it wasn't going to work...and according to Seth, it's pretty much a sure thing that it won't won't, as clearly stated in the small print on the invoice...I just can't understand offering the service if it is likely to not work. Maybe it could be done right,I don't know? According to Seth, unlikely, and according my experience, it didn't.
At this point, I totally agree with Seth's recommendation to take the money and spend it on odor removers until them. My expectations were that a professional cleaning would make things better, not worse. I won't be taking his recommendations on laminate flooring, though.
If I ever have new carpet, no pets, I would might call and ask for Chad. He may not have cleaned the hallway as thoroughly as it needed to be, but he is a hard worker. He did put a lot of energy into the mystery spot area in the living room. While I would have appreciated if that same energy was spent on the hall instead, because that was my main reason for calling in the first place, at least he spent some honest genuine energy and I would have him in my home again and give him another chance. My experience with Seth has definitely driven home the point, that with pets, money spent on carpet cleaning would be wasted. Thanks a lot. At this point, I would just like to have the money that I paid for a pet treatment virtually guaranteed not to work, according to Seth, so that I could spend it on odor removers and such.
Great service! Very pleased with the results.
I like that they are natural, and it dried very quickly.
that it does not use harmful chemicals
We were very pleased how our carpets came out! Our living room/office, hallway and our teenagers room was cleaned. AMAZING! Between the cats and the teenager, the carpets had their share of ick on them and Zerorez truly came to the rescue. We also were taught that by cleaning the carpets ourselves we were just leaving soap scum on the carpets and that's why they kept getting dirtier every time we cleaned them. The gentleman who came and serviced us was very professional and genuine.
Thank you so much for carpets that look almost new again!
The friendly attitude of the technician, Anthony. He did what he said he would do, and made the carpet like new. I am somewhat disappoited that some of the spots have come back, but have been reassured that he will take care of them.

The service tech was very helpful during the walk around and made very good suggestions. The cleaning process was quick and got up all of the stains including red wine and there really wasn't any residue on the carpets. The big determinig factor for me will be how long the carpets keep the clean look vs. the dry powder process I have previously used.
