How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The grout was not cleaned as well as I thought it would and also there was a film left on the tile that I had to continually mop to remove some of it. You can still see a little film and my tile does not shine as well as it did before. I would never have this done again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I placed my service request on-line for the 3 rooms for $119 special. I found out that the cost to clean any spots was an additional $90 per room. And after everything was cleaned, there was an additional fee to protect the carpet. The $119 cleaning ended up costing close to $500!
It also took 24 hours for the carpets to dry before we could move the furniture back into the house. And we had fans running the entire time. One of your selling points (other than the price) was that your system left the carpets basically dry.

I will follow up with Scott on our recent service. The large area cleaned looks somewhat better but are main hallway area spot now looks like we replaced the carpet with a big section.

I was quoted a price and then the technician tells me it is $90!!! per room to treat spots and pet stains. You should have told me that up front. Plus $90!!!! per room is too much. I won't be able to afford you.

The technician always arrives on time and is quick and efficient. You also have wonderful specials. One time your technician was even able to get acrylic paint out of my carpet! I've always been pleased with the results!

I like the way the products are all natural. They do not harm animals and children. They do not "gum" up the carpet with cleaners.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that you do not leave a residue or chemical behind on the carpet. Our carpet looks great so, so far so good. The technician was very good at explaining the services and what to expect. Also, he was very clean about the job. The last carpet cleaning service we used dumped all of their dirty water in our front yard and it spilled mostly on the sidewalk leading to our front door.

What could we do to improve?

Come down on pet cleaning prices. Ninety dollars per room is a lot to just spray a chemical and Hoover it up.

I was just over all disapointed in your phone service. You did not return my first 3 phone calls. The tech left standing water on my wood floors. The carpet took way too long to dry and truly does not look any different than when I use my own carpet machine.

I loved how clean my carpet smelled and looked! The service was great too - Terrell did an excellent job.

The only part I wasn't as pleased with was the office staff and their customer service or attitude. That is an area that could stand some polishing.

What could we do to improve?

Have techs break down cost in writing before work begins. I think I was quoted $20 less/room for pet urine treatment than charged in the end; and if I saw it all in writing, I would have just had one room treated instead of four - because three rooms were not visually or by smell "soiled". I feel the tech over sold services I didn't need or could afford. I had called Zerorez for the $119 3 room special and should have stuck to the basics.

Everything was good, but our carpets took longer to dry then I expected. AND we paid $100 extra for a spot treatment and I feel maybe it wasn't worth even doing the extra. We have a very high trafficed area and it didn't look that much better when he was done. But the rest of the carpet looked great!

What do you like about our products and services?

There was no odor or "stickyness" or any soap on the carpet after it was cleaned. My carpets look new again and are already dry after less than 24 hours. The serviceman was extremely polite and very friendly. THe cost was reasonable. I would recommend this service to anyone, in fact I already did - at work today.

After our cleaning service, I went back through my master bedroom and cleaned, with WATER, some spots from a previous spill that I had pointed out. They came right up. After the service man looked at our carpets he recommended a pet cleaning solution, which of course we added, that cost an extra $90 dollars. Zero effect on the stains or smell. There is ZERO difference in the way our carpet looks. The service man was more interested in selling a $1500.00 dollar air purifier. We spent $374 dollars and are not pleased or satisfied with the outcome.

I OWN 15 RENT HOUSES. I HAVE BEEN USING CHEM DRY AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED. WHEN I CALLED FOR YOUR PRICE, I KNEW IT WOULD BE HIGHER BUT I WAS WILLING TO TRY YOUR COMPANY. THE MEN WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY BUT HE TOLD ME $120 FOR REGULAR CLEANING AND $400.00 IF HE TREATED THE SPOTS. I CAN ALMOST PUT NEW CARPET IN FOR THAT AMOUNT AND IN FACT THAT IS WHAT I AM GOING TO DO. CHEM DRY DOES NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR TREATING THE STAINS AND DOES A GOOD JOB. I AM SURE YOU GIVE QUALITY WORK BUT I COULD NOT AFFORD YOUR PRICE FOR MY RENTALS. THIS PARTICULAR RENTAL I ONLY GET $495.00 PER MONTH. I GET UP TO $1095.00 ON ONE OF MY HOUSES BUT A QUOTE ON THAT HOUSE ACCORDING TO THE SIZE COMPARED TO THE SMALL DUPLEX WOULD PROBALY HAVE BEEN CLOSE TO A $1000.00. I DO APPRECIATE YOUR TIME HOWEVER.
