No strong chemical smell...just fresh and "green". Also like short dry time.
The traffic areas and some stains look pretty much the same as before.
We liked that there was no chemical smell. The carpets did not feel sticky when you walked on them after they were cleaned.
They told us what would be best for our carpet situation and did it. And it looks and smells wonderful. Would recommend this company and service to any and everyone!!!
I have 8 houses , 7 rental properties. Zerorez always does a great job.
The quickness of the cleaning system. The house did not smell like a chemical factory and my stairs have not been this clean in years!
friendly technician. I asked for him to try and clean one of our shower enclosures because of built up calcium deposits. He was doubtful but tried & didn't charge us.
The radio advertising indicates a drying time of 30 minutes. It took more that 6 hours for ours to dry. The notification email makes a big deal out of having parking available that is not the driveway. The truck parked in the drive and we now have several spots. The carpet and tile appear to be clean. We'll see how it works out. Let's just say I'm not a raving fan.
I love the fact that the process is chemical free, I actually got down and smelled in several places, very fresh and clean smelling.

Staff is efficient and quick with close focus on protecting furniture, floors, walls, etc. We've used Zerorez several times and are always satisfied.
Care in providing the service, and attention to detail.
They are fantastic...the process is miraculous and really gets my carpets clean. The service is timely and the Reps and servicemen are polite and effecient. I tell everyone I know about Zerorez..Keep up the great work!
Didnt get DrPepper spill off carpet.

Philip was an excellent technician and very professional. I am very satisfied with his work. The only negative I have is the company van that he has leaked quite a bit of oil in front of my house on the street.
Once all your equipment is running (you had to cancel twice due to equipment failure) your service is quick, efficient, and you left my daughter's carpet looking great! AND the person who performed the service was great, very nice and very courteous...great personality!!
Be on time for the appointment
Service technician was timely, courteous, and professional. The treatment worked as stated. Almost one month later, the stains that were in my carpet have not reappeared...
He got the stains out! I can't even tell where they were!
