They're clean & safe (no chemicals); servicemen are respectful & professional, and take pride in their work. Prices are competitive. Have used ZeroRez twice, and will never use "the other guys" again!

What do you like about our products and services?

I have recommended Zerorez to several people. The technicians are very professional and friendly. I have a 20 year old carpet and although it can never look brand new again, after it is cleaned it gives it new life and looks great.

We had several burn spots from the fireplace, and Edgard flawlessly patched the section with the burns. And, the cost was very reasonable. The carpet looks still new, and everything about this company has been extremely professional.

We liked Jamal a lot--he was very friendly and thorough--he explained what he was doing--my husband was with him while he cleaned and was very complimentary of him. The carpet looks good--better than it has in quite awhile.

The technician along with the product were able to get out four-year old stains that other carpet cleaning companies couldn't.The carpet looks brand-new.

My carpets look great and the pee stains are (almost) all gone. The technician was friendly - he and my boyfriend moved every single peice of furniture to clean as much of the carpet as possible.
