Cleanliness of carpet. Spot removal. Ability to handle wall-to-wall and area/oriental carpet. Courteous, competent service personnel. In the future, I would appreciate a more proactive follow-up when tracking down a late/misplaced carpet. One oriental runner (2X12) was separated from its mate by over 10 days. Please note: we will use Zerorez in the future.
And weren't we to receive some Zerorez solution-water for spot cleaning?

Non soap or chemicals, which I know from experience only attract stains again. Also, your water system SMELLS clean, unlike most carpet cleaning companys who use straight tap water. Tap water source comes from the surrounding lakes, and smells like mildew until carpets dry. Your system had NO mildew smell. Also, your tech was very friendly and courteous. He was a pleasure to work with.

Professional staff, residue-free process
the tech did not move my dining room table, or ask for help to move it. He made sure to tell me all about the other services and products that Zerorez has, and the cost for those services.
Our technician, Brad, did a marvelous job!
Our carpets had years of dirt and grime built up in them. Once ZEROREZ completed their magic they look absolutely brand new. Further to that, we had the tile in our kitchen cleaned. My grandson walked in the house last night and asked if we got a new floor. The grout and ceramic tile look like it was just installed instead of almost 18 years ago.

My Tech was very personable, professional, and did not move to another room to clean the carpet unit I was satisfied. He also did a great job cleaning and sealing my tile. I never though I would spend almost $900 on getting these area cleaned, but the carpet, tile, and grout look brand new.

My carpets always are cleaned very well and look almost new when the job is completed. The service personal are very professional and do a good job in a timely manor.
They didn't ask if there were specific spots I had concerns about. I left the house a probably should have stayed but I trusted they would see areas that needed spot cleaning... my fault I suspect.
Your employees do a wonderful job, but they do pressure me to "buy more product". Their sales schtick is juvenile and too energetic. It is a turn-off. I have a Master's degree in science and I feel that there is no room for me between high-pressure "carney/but wait-there's more!" and just being rude and saying: "Get on with the job.", and then risking some kind of retaliation. I understand the process you use in ionizing O2, and I know it works, mainly because I have heard the explanation on radio and because the dirty spots that came back through several other carpet cleanings did not come back after the first time I used your service.
Please consider a service for repeat customers that assumes they know what they need and will continue to call back if they do not feel pressured. If you sent me a crew that gave me a year-long contract option for cleaning with a choice of carpet/tile/upholstery and options of deodorizer/sanitizer/sealer in my choice of areas, with added costs for any areas larger than standard, I would be happy to sign up with you. If you truly are interested in this option that could be a real money-maker for you, you may contact me at this email address. If your business operates strictly from webtenders who do not have the sense or knowledge to notify you of your customers' needs, then you will probably not retain me as a customer much longer.
I will tell you that my husband has built the largest national company in his field through his maketing strategies, at the heart of which are his customer services (not treating people like idiots) and his following up on customer complaints. It is a fact that only one in one hundred unhappy customers will actually notify you of their disgust wth you. Best of luck to you. You have a gold mine of a business.
My appt was for 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The technician did not arrive until 1:00 pm. I received a call from your office at approx. 11:45 and they said they would get right back to me. I understand that this was a scheduling error - however my husband and I sat and waited 4 hours.
The Tech that arrived did a great job. He has been here before and has always done a good job. This is my 4th or 5th cleaning job with Zerorez - if it had been my first I would probably not use you again.

I know that the carpet is TRULY clean...which is important when the grandbabies come over to crawl around at Nana's house. Even with the bigger grandkids, we always seem to end up on the floor playing something.
