The following comments were submitted by our customers when asked to provide feedback on our service. In the interest of transparency, we present these comments as provided except that personally identifiable information has been hidden unless the reviewer has requested their full name be included with the review. I did like the way it smelled so clean and the carpets felt good but there was an additional charge after it was done to add back in the stain protection on the carpet that wasn't discussed prior to the work.
On time, courteous, free of harsh chemicals
The treatment took nearly three hours when the estimated time was 1.5 hours. Due to the length of the treatment we were not able to work that evening and lost business from our 3:30 and 5:00 pm clients.
The technician did not bring a ladder to do our HVAC system. Thankfully we had the vent covers off but they were not put back on.
There were 7 small paint chips on our corners from the hoses. We just had our new home painted four days prior to service.
Nearly half of the stains did not come out.
We would like to have our money refunded. We spent $535 on poor work and we lost $300 of business ourselves.
We heard so many great things about Zerorez and are extremely disappointed. Thankfully Scott sent another technician to replace the vents two days later. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him concerning our request for a full or partial refund. It will be two weeks tomorrow. I was concerned for Zerorez when Scott mentioned the company was worried about the trucks freezing last week due to weather so I did not call again and was patiently waiting a reply this week. It has been four days since the weather returned to normal and I still haven't heard anything from Scott or the owners.
We would love to be able to say that Zerorez fixed all of our complaints and concerns and hopefully refer our friends, family and our clients to Zerorez. Currently, I would not want to send anyone to your company for service.
Very clean- no odor (except for the sealant on the tile grout, but that REALLY needed doing, so was willing to put up with some odor.
The service I received from the technician was excellent. The cleaning was very good. The thing that ZeroRez could do to improve their Customer Service is to improve their communication between scheduling and the technician.
I had an appt for the technician to arrive between 2-5. My mother was waiting at my house beginning at 2 p.m. At 4, I called the main number to ensure someone was on their way. The scheduler said yes, he would be there by 5. At 5, no one had arrived. I called again, and spoke to a man this time. He said the technician was running behind all day and would be on his way shortly. The technician did not arrive at my house until 6:15 p.m. While he was courteous and professional, I was extremely frustrated by the lack of communication. When he arrived, the technician said that he was told to arrive at my house between 3:30 and 7, and infact, could have been at my house at 3:45 if the main scheduler had told him.
ZeroRez, I had high expectations for your services. The cleaning was great. the communication and the service delivery was very poor. Please improve your intra-Company and Company-to-Customer communication.
I love the fresh clean smell. It it's not a chemical or perfume smell. Just fresh. I am also impressed with how truly clean and "new" my carpet appears, even a week later. Nothing like the other guys!
I truly appreciate Bradley showing up on one of the worst weather days in DFW in 12 years. It was a wonderful surprise to have him arrive safely and very cheerful to do his work! He was very efficient and polite, too!
Although I will reccommend you and your product and use you again, I was disappointed that there wasn't any notation on my sales order mentioning the $100 Fullers g.c. as advertised on KLUV. When I called, the sales girl said that I did qualify and would make a note on my order. Bradley called and spoke with customer service who said they would take care of it; however, I haven't recieved anything.

Friendly, knowledgable, fast
Right after the cleaning I mentioned to the tech that it didn't look as if the carpet had been cleaned at all - other than it was wet. He said that it was just due to high traffic. When I asked him if that meant they couldn't clean high traffic areas, he then stated that it was just the way the carpet was matted. I waited till the carpet was completely dry and gave it a good vacuum. My carpet doesn't look any different than before Zerorez.
Clean, thorough, friendly, efficient
I'm very happy w/the floors but, my Ethan Allan sectional sofa was ruined by your cleaning process. I'm in the process of working w/Zerorez Dallas to have it reupholstered. If the upholstery fabric is no longer available, I have a bigger problem. What about the upholstered pieces covered in companion fabrics? It's possible all my upholstery will have to be redone. I will never recommend anyone use Zero rez to clean upholstery - all because your technician did'nt read the fabic label before he cleaned.
Technician was very courteous and professional. Job was completed quickly and carpet looks like new.
The scheduling of my appointment was done right away and the man who came to clean the carpet was very nice and tried to
remove the stain on my carpet. He was unable to remove it completely but that wasn't his fault. It's evidently just a difficult
stain. My dog brought in a small piece of charred wood that fell through the grate of the gas grill. He was unable to remove it
but he tried. I appreciate the effort.
I have used Zerorez services three times now and have been pleased each time that you have been here. This time you cleaned our tile/slate and it looks like new.

You gave me back beautiful carpet that I thought had been ruined! CD was very respectful and friendly, and did an exemplary job.
This is the second time I've used Zerorez and my carpets LOOK fantastic. I do love the Zerore concept;however, both times it has taken overnight for the carpets to dry and they smell "muddy" for about three days after they are cleaned. I just keep candles going to mask the odor. I wish there were a way to avoid the "muddy" smell.
The job was done with knowledge and courtesy.
The price was too high for the service received.
Lack of chemicals
I am a realtor and gave your name to several of my clients since you cleaned my carpet last year. I was not as pleased this year, even though he came back and redid some spots. It is like my white carpet has a yellowish tinge and the spots are back again. I did not have this problem last time. sorry! Debi

courtious and well mannered cleaner who worked extra hard and got out stains that could have been left behind.
The tech was late. He asked me on the phone what my concerns were and I told him red stains in my boys room. I did not get to see the results until after he left. He didn't get much of the red stains out and didn't tell me he couldn't get them out on the phone when he told me he was finished, so I thought it was taken care of.

I liked the service tech. I thought he was outstanding. He did a very good job. I would want him the next time we use your service.
