What do you like about our products and services?

First of all, I just want you to know that I NEVER take the time to post positive comments even if I've received excellent service. That being said, I HAD to comment on Zerorez and especially the technician, Seth.
I live in a rental house in which the previous family had a pet. The front room always smelled musty when the weather started to get warm. Zerorez was recommended to us by our friends, so we thought we would give them a try. When Seth came into our home, I knew this service was going to be different. He was very personable, but most importantly he was knowledgeable. When he started cleaning the carpets I saw an immediate difference. The carpet seemed to come to life, and the stains were disappearing. A week has passed and the carpet looks amazing. Zerorez is by far the best carpet cleaning company I've ever used. And I know the industry well, since I used to work for one. Just from watching Seth clean, I felt like the carpets were really being cleaned. Not like the other companies where the dirt is just pushed down. Zerorez's technology and system suck the dirt OUT of the carpet!
I can't say enough about Seth. He took the time to look over the job and let me know what he thought before he started cleaning. He was doing such an excellent job that when our neighbor stopped by while he was cleaning she was even amazed. I just wanted to thank Seth and let Zerorez know that they are, hands down, the best carpet cleaning company I've ever used. I will never go anywhere else...and I will always ask for Seth as long as he is a technician. Which probably won't be for very long since I'm sure he will go on to accomplish great things.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the fact that you do not use chemicals. I have used Zerorez about 3 times now and each time I am amazed at how good our carpets look. Edgar, our technician, was so nice and friendly. He was able to remove oil from the carpet left from my vacuum cleaner. The spots were so unsightly and now the carpet looks new again. Great job!! I have already told my friends that I wouldn't use any other company but Zerorez.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Everytime I think that I spent $1200 to get my carpet cleaned I literally get sick to my stomach. Although I have dogs and many urine and vomit stains that have been in my carpet over the years and much of my treatment cost was for that I am not disappointed for the outcome of that treatment. My house does smell fresher and the urine and vomit stains are not the ones that have come back. The traffic areas and some other spots have come back that came back the previous time you also cleaned two rooms and a hallway for over $500. It has only been two months and my carpet looks horrible. I was told by Terrell that I only needed my carpet cleaned once a year by you all. I have had it cleaned twice since last May and my husband and I are very disappointed. Both your reps were professional and friendly. Both were also good salespeople. Only my main concern - traffic areas and old spots (not necessarily dog spots) came back within a couple of weeks and continue to get worse. The first time I left two messages with your customer service department and never got a call back. I mentioned this to Terrell and he promised me he would follow up with my concerns. I did not want to use you again because I was disappointed in no follow up on your part the first time but my husband was happy with the job you did at our pharmacy and we decided to give you a second chance. I can't believe I paid what I did and got the job I did. I kept asking Terrell for a bigger break but he wouldn't budge. He did say he was going to send us a complimentary spot remover kit - never got that or a follow-up call either. I am so sorry I wrote such a complimentary entry in his journal he keeps - I take it all back except that your people are friendly and professional. The jobm just stinks! A call from the owners would be appreciated (I understand they are your customer service department) and my stain remover kit might help get rid of some of the stains that have already come back. At least this time you did ask for feedbackl. I hear your advertisements all the time on Christian radio - I so much want to call them and say it isn't so. You have a very disappointed customer on your hands!

you can get any spot out and new messes come right up. we have used you for years in our previous house and just moved and ya'll were the first people I called. I thought this carpet was hopeless and beyond repair but thanks to ya'll it looks like new. I will never use anyone else and i refer everyone to you. After our friends and family saw the before and afters, they are convienced too.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

As far as the carpet cleaning we were very satisfied with Ricky Rankin as our tech and the value he brought us. As far as the rug cleaning -- we are VERY UNLIKELY to ever recommend your rug cleaning service to anyone. The process took 2x longer than we were initially told, I had to call to receive updates on our rugs (for ex: after 5 weeks of them being gone asking when they would arrive...and I still didnt get them until 2+ weeks after that), then when they came there are spots on the rugs that look worn (that were not worn looking before). On top of the untimely rug cleaning they sent 1 guy to deliver an 8x11 rug that goes into a tight room with a dining table & china cabinet. This was too much for the 1 delivery guy and me being only 115 pounds it made for a very difficult time. Now my neck and back hurt from lifting and assisting the zerorez delivery guy who was incapable of doing it himself and this was not his fault. When the rug was removed Ricky had a difficult time removing it, and promised me more than 1 guy would be there to install so I didnt have to lift. I hope that the guy who delivered is okay after this install, he mentioned this was the "heaviest lifting he's ever done". I appreciated his determination to get the job done after I told him countless times -- we'll just do it ourselves when my husband is home. I had been such a big advocate of your company for a while, the rug cleaning experience has severely tarnished that.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHICH TOOK ME 3 OR 4 CALLS TO CLARIFY, HOWEVER, AFTER TALKING WITH A SUPERVISOR, THE PROBLEMS WERE FIXED AND THE SERVICE ENDED UP BEING VERY SATISFACTORY. AFTER ALL CONSIDERATIONS, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIER SERVICES

Anthony cleaned and removed spots the first cleaner missed. A one hundred percent improvement that the carpet looks new instead of twelve years old. Impressed with Anthony's attention to detail and perfection.

What do you like about our products and services?

The service rep arrived on time and was most courteous and explained the process in detail. I really like the process of cleaning the carpets without any chemicals or detergents. I had just recently cleaned the carpets myself and could not get the real dirty area by the back door clean. Zerorez cleaned it and it looks almost new plus you could see the detergent left behind when I cleaned being sucked up by the zerorez process.

What do you like about our products and services?

We've used Zerorez before and have always had great results. We tried a cheaper competitor once and they were terrible. The carpet felt squishy wet and all they did was soak the carpet and use a buffer, then suck out little of the "non chemical" product. It took forever to dry and I had to vacuum after it finally dried because the carpet felt...like walking on dead grass barefoot. We highly recommend Zerorez. The carpet feels soft and smells clean. We did the pet treatment this time, and he was very honest about the pet stains possibly not coming out, which I appreciated.

I'm going to call. My technician forgot to block up our eliptical and it left a black mark on the carpet. He was to clean it Thursday, but was unable to do so. He was to call me back Thursday evening, but did not. I still need that area to be cleaned again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First let me say that Keith arrived on time and did a fantastic job Saturday morning. You are fortunate to have such a fine representative for your company. I cannot speak so highly of others that I've dealt with in trying to get my carpets cleaned over the past two weeks. This is the third time I have used your company and I've never experienced the service issues as I did this time. It is terribly disappointing as you charge a premium for a superior work product but fail to deliver on customer service and punctuality. After the first missed appointment (3/15) Scott promised me a 10% discount on total invoice and the job was rescheduled for 3/19 at 4 pm. At 3:45 I received a call from your office to advise the tech had trouble with their truck, would need to swap it out, and would be running about an hour late. I informed the caller that I had a tight deadline and the work needed to be completed by 6:00. I was assured there would not be a problem. At 4:30 I received a call from the tech (Keith) and he indicated he was on his way. At 5:20 Keith arrived. I informed him of my time schedule. After he reviewed the rooms that I needed cleaned he told me he did not feel as though he could complete by 6:00 so I told him I would need to reschedule. I fully expected to hear from your office but by Tuesday afternoon I finally called you again. I informed your rep that I would be writing a review on Angies list and would like to give you one last opportunity. I asked to be first on the schedule Saturday morning and was assured that the tech would arrive before 9:00. Keith arrived at 8:30 and completed the job by 10:00. When Keith was completing the ticket I reminded him of the 10% discount I was promised on the total invoice. He told me that I received greater than 10% as he treated both areas for pet stains but only charged me for one. I feel this was slightly deceptive in that you do not disclose your price for add on services and I believe alot is left to the technicians discretion. I have very mixed feelings about using your service again. You do provide a very high quality work product but your lack of customer service is disappointing. A few recommendations that I will offer: 1) there is alot of fingerpointing between the techs and the office. From a customer perspective I don't care whose fault it is, the company failed to perform. 2) Disclose your pricing for add-on items, even if it's a range. Your practice of techs negotiating pricing appears deceptive. 3) In this age of modern technology it should be easy to keep your customers informed of where they are on the schedule and approximate arrival time. A 2-3 hour window is not customer friendly. Customers should be notified immediately of any delays. Staff should be available to answer office phones until the last tech finishes their last job of the day.

Have equipment that could allow the cleaner to prepare for last minute requests such as restretching carpet. Also did not put anything protective under the furniture that would protect it from the wet carpet. Other than that, we are pleased.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I did not see any difference in what your competitors offer except better service. The competition sent two technicians to move light furniture and replace all furniture with pads showing they shampooed under the furniture.
Also, fuel surcharge of $6 was added to my bill and there was a big difference with the estimate and the actual charges after service was provided -- $120 more than estimated. Truly all the hype on Zeroez was just HYPE.
