What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez is now the only carpet cleaning service I will use. I have used their service for over 3 years now and will not go back to any other. The service is quick, easy and affordable. They do a great job and it's so much safer for my family without all the chemicals. The technicians are friendly, hard working and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that the job is done well and everyone is happy.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the fact that there aren't any chemicals in the cleaning process. The fabric of the carpet was restored to it's natural state and it looks clean and fresh.

No bad chemicals. Anthony gave us great service. He is a very sweet, gentle, man. The front office was very friendly to work with. Budgets are tight but we could afford this service. I will use your company again and again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I felt that the technicians were rushed. They were late in arriving, my appointment was between 9 and 11 and they got here after 12:00. They called a couple of times to let me know their ETA, which I appreciated. They still had four jobs to do after mine and they didn't leave my house until after 2:00. They didn't ask to see the entire house before starting and I had to ask about moving couches, etc. We decided to clean an additional room which had not been cleared out, and the tech just started cleaning without asking if I wanted the furniture moved (it was light weight stuff that was easily moved). I had to ask the other tech (his first day on the job) to help me move a table. They willingly went over a few spots that I pointed out after the rooms were cleaned, but I didn't look in my husband's or my closet until after they left, and there are spots there that I think need to be worked on. I didn't like feeling pressured to purchase vent filters or to have the protecter sealant sprayed on the carpet. Otherwise, the technicians were friendly and professional.

I do like elimination of soaps and detergents on our carpet. My wife was very happy with my choice in carpet cleaners. I think that says it all. Thank you.

First, the tech arrived on time, next his concern aboout what we wanted, he walked through the house and then quoted what our final price would be (and kept it).
When we have Zerorez to do our carpet cleaning again, we will ask for Rick Rankin, he did an OUTSTANDING JOB!

What do you like about our products and services?

This is the first carpet cleaning service that I actually felt like the carpets were clean. I clean my carpets once a year, so I've been through several services. The cleaning technician was very knowledgable and detailed. Thank you very much! I will be using this company from now on.

Our Technician Mike Laga was VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY knowledgeable, cared for our household furniture, and did an EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT job cleaning our ENTIRE home. He told me about all Zerorez services, and allowed me to make my own choice as far as service. He was NEVER pushy (like other Carpet cleaning Companies are). He made the job look effortless, and he made our Carpet SPARKLE!! We are dropping Dalworth Carpet Cleaning!! Please let him (Mike) know that he is an asset to Zerorez, and you all are VERY lucky to have him!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had set my appt. at a time when I could be there. ZR had to cancel because they were on another job that would take too long & rescheduled for next morning. I have an area in my room where there was pet urine, I was well aware that it would be a challenge but due to radio commercials, was hoping ZR could eliminate problem. I had an estimate to have entire room recarpeted that would have cost approx. $500. Only had the one area cleaned by your company and cost me nearly $300. The area is much better (especially odor) but it is still very much stained & not nearly what I expected. I wish I would have had the entire room's carpet replaced for only $200 more.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My guess is that management has changed. Last two times I had Zerorez, there were two gentlemen, very accomodating and obviously oriented to customer service. They worked on spots, used huge fans to help dry carpets, protected carpet with syrofoam or plastic under furniture legs, and asked for feedback to be written in a spiral notebook. This time none of that was done -- and the guy was finished and gone in less than an hour! It wasn't a bad job, just totally ordinary steam-clean and no inclination toward customer service. It's not "fixable" for me. I don't want to go thru the whole process again. I just see no reason to be a repeat customer.

I feel the price charged was too high for the size of home that I live in. But, want to say that the person who did the carpet cleaning did a good job.

That was the first time I clean my carpet and I'm not sure if it allways stays wet when they finish the work. I turn on my fans to dry the carpet and it took a while. I don't know if that will affect my allergies.

I am an have been very satisfied. There were some (3 or 4) localized areas (2-3 feet in diameter) that did not dry as fast as the rest of the carpet. The carpet around them dried uniformly. I think these areas had more moisture.

What could we do to improve?

I knew there would be an extra fee for pet stain removal but was quite surprised at how high it was. Also I was given at time between 2-5 and got a phone call around 4:55 which seemed on the very outside end of the time frame.

None of the furniture was moved and a big spot in a bedroom wasn't touched because a chair was near it. That bedroom needs recleaning.

my most soiled areas were pointed out to the technician to which he responded that they should come up - but there was no special attention paid to them and they did not come clean

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpets looked great, the tech was propfesssional but as I spoke with the one of the owners and employees about my issue I was dissappointed in the attitude of some. I called to inform the company I chose ZeroRez because it was a green company and did not anticipate the outcome of the chemicals they use. As a person with COPD I has immense issues breathing after the cleaning which lasted for 2.5 days. I called the company and they said open your doors and windows or leave the house. I asked for the name of the chemical so I could tell my doctor if needed and got we don't use them, wrong. On Monday I called and spoke with one of the owners I believe Robert is his name and at first I thought he was genuine when I suggested they let people know if they had breathing problems in advance of this issue so they could plan ahead. Not long into our conversation we "supposedly" started having phone issues and it ended up with him sorry for the experience while laughing, which really irritated me. One of the employees I believe Scott called me later in the day Monday to see if I was ok as he said he had a family member with COPD so he understood. The tech knew I had issues as I not only told him but had oxygen on while he was there. I don't know if it was the carpet cleaning chemicals( which I investigated) or the up sell for dog treatment that is the issue but not one mention there could be a reaction for those with respiratory issues.... either way I doubt I will be using the company in the future because of the attitude of some.
