The online quote and what I was charged when the techinician came to my home was different by ~$300. That was not at all what I was expecting. I am very unhappy and will not be recommending the company. There should be better explaination of services, description of what denotes an oversized room...
I like how the carpet looks clean and stays that way for months.
Casey our tech was very polite, friendly & knowledgeable. I like the fact that you just use water and not chemicals.
Saw ad in DMN for $99 special. Called , made reservation. Tech came out, cleaned floors and gave bill. $8.00 "Fuel Fee"? added. When asked about this charge, which was NEVER discussed during appointment or prior to cleaning, was told..."Yeah we probably should tell people, but we decided to make them (customers) aware of the charge AFTER the job done and when we give them the bill". Your failure to disclose any additional fees is deceptive and needs to be brought to the public's attention.
When I signed up for 3 rooms for $99, I needed only one room cleaned. I decided to have my area rug cleaned and it was going to be over $250! I also did not know ahead of time about the "pet treatment" which was an additional $60. The technician (Shane?) was great and very nice but the room still has a bad odor. I was disappointed and felt I did not get a good value for my $130 - one room cleaned. Way too expensive.

Seth arrived when he said he would, he came in & assessed the areas needing the most work, then he went over his plan with me and got straight to work. I would definately request him next time I call for service.
You really deliver and do an amazing job on whatever you have worked on in my home.
Nothing this time the techs that came were horrible. When the truck arrived it took 10 minutes prior to commine to the door. The excuse was the Primary tech was on the phone to a client. They asked to me to show them what area to clean after showing them the second tech stated they were just going to clean. When I asked them to prespot I received a lecture about how prespotting was not needed because prespotting was just the same water they use to clean with. I explained the first time I used Zerorez the tech came in walked the area prespotted and than cleaned. Again I got reasons why it was not needed. I than had to tell the tech he eaither pretreated or when they left I was calling in and complain. That got there attention and they prespotted. The rug was cleaner but the spots were worse. I never called because I am not sure you would not send a differant crew. I know I would never let the same crew back. One last thing the tech received another call and I noticed a picture showed up on his cell phone. He stated it was another client. Maybe I am stupid but I would not take pictures of my clients and put them on my cell phone I reserve that for friends only.
This is the 3rd time in over 4 years we have used you to clean our over 10 year old Berber
carpet, each time it looks brand new. We will never use another carpet cleaning service again.
Your rep is very knowledgible and courteous. My carpet looks almost new after 9 yrs. of wear. The dark high-traffic spots are gone!
Pet stain treatment was not effective and carpets took 12 hours to dry. The cost was out of line relative to other carpet cleaning services.

I had some spots that were wet for 30 hours.
You advertize that no residue is left in the carpet to attract more grime so I'm hoping that the promise holds true. The process took only an hour to complete. The carpet was barely damp for the most part. There were a few spots that were damper so I put a fan on them and the carpet was totally dry within a hour.

A very clean carpet and less drying time
They are chemical free, carpets dry faster, process is quick and employees are great.
Stains are removed and don't return as they often do with other services. Your process dries quickly and allows you to resume a normal lifestyle.
Heard about the special on KLTY, which I could afford! I knew I'd have to pay extra for pet stains, but it was so worth it!
I really liked the cleanliness of Jamal and your product. We were afraid that by being the last appointment of the day, we wouldn't receive as good a job as if we were the first. However, Jamal did a fantastic job and took his time and was very particular in the job he was doing. The extreme heat of the water also seemed to really do its job. We can't believe how clean our carpets actually got because they were so bad before.
Every appointment the technicians were several hours late (3.5 hours late without even a phone call on one occasion), sent over $2,000 worth of rugs to be cleaned and they were gone over 5 weeks and then returned dirty to me. One even had tons of sand falling out of it and we didn't sent it in that condition. I was very disappointed in this company that I had heard rave reviews about and spend top dollar to get my stuff cleaned. I felt it was a waste of money and time.
Friendly, professional, great cleaning job, environmentally friendly
Only complaints would be the scheduling process was not customer friendly since you don't find out your time spot until the night before. Also, the drying process took as long as traditional carpet cleaning which was OK but not what was anticipated.

You need to coordinate scheduled appointments and working around emergencies better. My appointment was between 11:00 and 1:30 and the technician didn't end up arriving until 6:00p. They did update me by phone, but I was pushed back twice and then technician was changed. When tech arrived he was rushed and I don't feel job was as thorough as the first time when tech had plenty of time. My first experience was wonderful. The second not so much.

The carpet didn't feel sticky nor does it dry and have the hard crunchy feeling when you walk on it. It's just like new.
