The technicians are very professional. Zerorez did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. They really do make the carpet look like new.
No residue left on carpet and dry within two hours. Crew that was here was very professional. I would like, however, to have an invoice so that charges could be looked over instead of just a total amount due taken from a phone when job complete.
The technician was very polite and friendly. He told me exactly what he was going to do. He was quick and thorough and did an excellent job.

I have had carpets, upholstery, and a hook latch rug cleaned via your company and you have done so to my satisfaction. I am concerned that it took 8 months to return the hook latch rug to me.
Our technician, Mike Laga, was great - worked incredibly hard in our big house with lots of messes from kids and dogs and did a wonderful job. Didn't even mind my kids following him around with a video camera so he could star in a music video! Carpets looked great, no residue as promised.
The man that did the cleaning worked very hard. I would rate him as a 10, but he wasn't able to arrive until 4:30 pm. I really don't see much difference in the cleaning than an ordinary cleaning.
I like that they are earth friendly and they work.
