What do you like about our products and services?

That you don't use soap & harsh chemicals to clean the carpet. Have been wanting try you guys put for the past couple years...KLUV has been bragging about you!! Glad I finally did!! I will be using you again in the spring for the 2 rooms I didn't get done yesterday!!

What could we do to improve?

Try to estimate the area rug cleaning over the phone. I was pretty shocked at the price to clean my wool area rugs and since I had taken a day off work for rug cleaning, felt I needed to proceed.

What do you like about our products and services?

Customer Service! I waited too late to make an appointment for holiday cleaning. Carpets were okay, but wanted them cleaned prior to a party we are hosting next weekend. We were on the waiting list for Monday or Tuesday...when the accident happened! My husband accidently spilled a full cup of black coffee on our den carpet! The carpet is (or was!) beige! Coffee ranks right up there with red wine, blood and tea when it comes to getting it out of anything. I sent a desparate email to Zerorez on Friday and someone called me right away (probably thinking my husband was at risk!). I had no idea you worked on Saturday, but thank heaven...and thank zerorez. We got on the schedule for Saturday evening. The technician was excellent. He warned me that the coffee may not come out. But he worked a zerorez miracle, and while you can still see it if you know it is there, it is gone as far as the guests will know. And we got smart this time and re-did the stain protection...just in case! We have always been impressed with the service, the professionalism of the technicians and staff...but now this sort of "holiday" response has reinforced that we are customer for life! The people who scheduled on the phone were not that friendly.
The carpet was ok after the cleaning. Not nearly as fabulous as the advertisements make it sound on the radio.
Don't notice the special coating repelling spills.
Stairs not as clean as I had hoped.

My carpet is so clean. I had alot of black spots on my tan carpet. The gentleman came out and took out all of those black spots, he did a wonderful job. It looks like there were no black spots there, it is so so clean. My carpet was so soft afterwards and did not leave any residue. My husband and I were 200% satisfied with the service. I really want you to come back and do the rest of my house. Thank you so much!

The appt was so late in the day and the tech had already done several sites that day so the quality of the cleaning was compromised - the last room that was done still had spots - I
ended up putting Resolve on them to get them up - would suggest you spend more time on doing the job

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Drying took alot longer than advertised and what we were told by techs. I also felt that we were upcharged for things the other carpet cleaners we have used did as part of the service. Example: our bedroom has a rug on the carpet. We have had it cleaned once a year for the past 8-9 years when our carpets are cleaned. They just used the same equipment and it was fine. It would do no good to clean under it, that's not where the dirt is. With zerorez, the tech insisted he would not be comfortable doing that, with 2 of our rugs. Even though I assured him I had no problem with it, we ended up having to pay extra to have these areas cleaned. SO the final charge was double what we expected.

There always seems to be a glitch. This past visit, the living room is not as clean as I expected. The bedrooms and dining are good. I understand wear patterns and there were some pet stains, but I had you treat prior to cleaning. The section from the front door does not look clean at all and there were no pet stains there. I intend to call for a reclean of that area. My other issue is that the bedrooms and dining dried by late evening, but the living room was still wet next am. I had to put a towel down at the bathroom doorway to absorb the excess water, that is how wet it was. Extract more of the water. You need to live up to your 103.7 radio advertisements. With a 2 year old boy, our almost 16 year-old carpets were extremely dirty. They were able to get almost all of the stains/dirt/spilled juice out of our carpet. It looks like a completely different carpet.

What do you like about our products and services?

Associates were courteous, prompt and good at what they do. Communications were clear. Would like them to ask on initial call for estimate if there are pet stains and include that as a possible expense. Carpet felt very soft when dry. It did take longer to dry than what they estimated, but it was also a humid day.
