What I love about this company is that there is absolutely never stains that reappear. My carpets are dry within an hour. The technicians are all wonderful. I will never use another company

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Although most of the cleaning was good, there were several smaller items that were cleaned around and not moved to clean under. The price was three times what I usually pay. The $60 a room upcharge for pet cleaning is outrageous.

Easy to prepare for service. Leaves behind a nice fresh fragrance. Carpet is NOT over wet. Dries in only a few hours.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had an appointment for Monday, November 28th. I was called the Friday before and told the technician would be there between 4:00 and 5:30. No one ever came and no one called me to let me know why. I called the office and left a message on voice mail - no one returned my call. My husband emailed, and again no response from anyone. That certainly is not the way to run a business. I will think twice before I ever call you again to clean my carpets. How disappointing it was to see no customer service from a company that is always advertising on the radio how great it is.

What could we do to improve?

The pre-treatment for the pet stains (of which I could not tell existed prior to treatment) was initially sold as a treatment so that it would not smell like the pet urine the representative was seeing with the black light. I was told that it would smell like this if not treated. HOwever, just before putting the treatment down, the representative did say that if the smell continued, I would probably need to replace the padding and possibly the carpet. If this is a known problem, then I suggest that a pre-treatment that bears no guarantee of getting rid of he smell not be sold at all! What is the purpose of it in the end?

My carpet was cleaned on Saturday afternoon and are still wet in spots. Also, I had them treated for pet stains/odors and the carpet still smells.

I did not like the high pressure sales tactic for furniture cleaning and rug cleaning. All I wanted was to have two bedroom carpets cleaned. Also, I was told I should have a pet treatment on the carpet for $60. I agreed,then found out when I received my receipt by e-mail that it was a "not guaranteed pet treatment". I feel taken advantage of. Carpet seems fine but the technician got my porcelain tile dirty and water stained!! I had to clean my tile in the entry, living room and hallway. Not pleased at all. I did not expect to have to re clean my tile. The technician also put on the receipt that he cleaned 3 rooms. I only have 2 carpeted areas in my home and he cleaned the carpet in 2 rooms. I want the $60.00 pet treatment be refunded. I would not have had it done if he had told me it was a not guaranteed pet treatment!!

Rep. Tony, was friendly, but failed on returning calls in a "timely" fashion. Never could actually schedule a cleaning date and time...have decided to use another cleaning company. I know this is everyone's busiest season, but we went on KLUV JODY DEAN's recommendations regarding Zerorez. The product is probably second-to-none, but we will just never know that....sorry.

Zerorez arrived within the time window promised. The technician was friendly (but, not too friendly). He came in cleaned three rooms, told us the rugs should be dry within 3-4 hours (which they were), and did a terrific job of cleaning stubborn stains. We have one room that is for our three grandchildren and the rug was full of stains, every stain came out and the rug looks new. We would highly recommend Zerorez to our friends.
