A very soiled carpet is now clean and it is not resurfacing. This same carpet has been cleaned by other professionals, and looked like it needed to be re-cleaned the following day.
The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and conscientious. He performed the service in a timely manner.
You advertise that carpets will look like new after being cleaned. The both times we have used your company, that has not been the case for our home. The extra price for cleaning pet stained areas are extremely high.
Your representative spoke limited English and was difficult to understand. Plus the pet odor removal did not work at all. I would like to have some tile cleaning, but he couldn't understand that.

The Carpets looked great when they were still wet just after cleaning. But as they dried a lot of the stains returned.

I love the fast dry time and I truly appreciate the professionalism of my 2 service technicians Ricky and Noel. They were able to answer each question that I had for them. They were knowledgeable on many of the different services offered by Zerorez. I will definitely use Zerorez again when the time comes to re-clean my carpets!
