Your technician was very professional and did a great job explaining, showing the carpet/rug improvements. My one complaint would be our carpets were so wet, they were not dry until more than a day after he left, leaving my house about 2:30pm, not dry until much later the evening of the following day.

I love that Zerorez is environmentally friendly, I love the way my carpets look after a cleaning, and I really liked the technicians who have serviced my house. Z and Cesar have been my technicians, and they are both friendly and knowledgeable.

What could we do to improve?

When discussing your services over the phone, please explain better the pricing structure. I was under the impression when talking to the representative that my price was $99 for a total of 4 rooms (including 1 room for free). When the gentleman arrived to clean my carpet, he told me that it is not exactly 4 rooms but 4 different areas of the living room for $99 (ex: stairs count as 1 area, area up to the stairs count as another area, etc...). I therefore had to pay more than what I was quoted originally and feel like I was misled. Other than that, carpet looks good and very clean.

What could we do to improve?

This is the 4th time I have called for service at either my house or a relative. Prior to my most recent service call, I have been very satisfied with Zerorez. If this had been my first service appointment I would not have called back for a second appointment. My previous service technicians appeared to be very professional and knowledgeable, which did not occur this time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician was friendly and informative, and things started out well. However, towards the end, he suggested a chemical guard to protect some heavy traffic areas and I asked to think about it for a minute. After that, he didn't say anything until he gave me the bill. I had decided to get the chemical guard, but he already had the bill made up, so I didn't ask. Also, I have an oriental screen near the entrance to my living room that has stained the carpet. I asked him about it, but it didn't look like he tried very hard to get it up.

Joseph the technician who came to clean our carpets was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me.
I liked that there were no funny smells and now my carpet looks like new. It's like we moved into a brand new house :)

The carpet cleaning did not eliminate the pet odor. I scheduled an appointment to have someone address the issue. I wish it would have been taken care if during the original appointment.

rep was a no show during scheduled time frame. after calling reservation agent at noon, a time frame was given me of 1pm to 430 pm. rep showed at 430 did a good job but after waiting around all day I was not happy. supposedly mistake laid with reservation desk.
