What do you like about our products and services?

I have used Zerorez many times and will continue to use them. They offer great specials and services.
I installed their air filters 3-4 years ago. Pricey up front but have paid for themselves ever since then.
Technician Darrin was very professional. He used a tool that I don't if it has been used before at my home but it is great for pet hair! Thanks for the heads up Darrin, I will make sure it is used each time Zerorez comes out.

What do you like about our products and services?

Technician was so knowledgable and professional. Jamal did a superb job!!! My whole house doesn't just feel clean. I know it is. I am so secure knowing that my Dad who is coming for a visit and who is still on chemotherapy from cancer is going to NOT have any dirt issues in my home. Thank You! Would so call you again and recommend to anyone.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician was very friendly and courteous at the beginning of our walkthru of my house. He even brought out a tool that would fluff up the carpet since I was concerned of the flat look(only 4 years old). All until he found out I was using your trial special and did not want to purchase the enzyme treatment. I explained I was testing your service and wanted an initial treatment for preparing to sell our house and if needed I would consider using your service again after we move. He put away the tool to fluff the carpet, rushed through the whole cleaning. It all looked ok at first, but our realtor came through the house only 5 days later and we made sure we did not wear shoes in the house and vacuumed regularly and he made a note on our walkthrough sheet that the family room needed professional cleaning which was just cleaned! Also, I have noticed that the room feels not clean when I walk around barefoot. The other two rooms I had done look and feel fine, I believe he just rushed through the family room since it was last. he was unprepared when he arrived, did not know what I was having done(special) and did not seem interested at all once he found out. I would like to see if you would have someone come and reclean just the family room. Under no circumstances would I like the same technicians to return. Sorry for the delay in my feedback, things are very hectic and I do not read my personal email very often at this time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Even though we had the fans on and the air-conditioner running, the carpets were wet for around 30 hours. We also now have a big line in the living room that looks like a wet line that has never gone away. Maybe your truck wasn't powerful enough or the guys were in a hurry, but there was too much water left in my carpets.

The technician, Tony, was not only knowledgeable and thorough, he was an exemplary representative of your company. He took time to explain why my costs were going to be more than we had anticipated. His ability to correct an installation problem that was made 6 years ago was a very welcomed service. Flexibility, quality, great customer relation skills, all of these traits make Tony a valuable asset to Zerorez. I will gladly recommend Zerorez (and Tony). Relatively quick-drying carpet cleaning and courteous, very professional staff. We will ask for Justin King in particular, next time. He was awesome!

jamal was very nice and he was there when he promised. he showed me every step he was going to do on the carpet. there were a few stains that he said he could not promise he could get out and he explained why, other than those one or two stains my carpet looks much much better and i would for sure recomend you to friends and family

I was told a price of 99$ for 3 rooms and 1 free, then was charged a total of 312. No one Said there could be additional charges, I went ahead since it was to remove the pet pee odor. It was done yesterday, today the carpet is dry and it still smells like urine. And a dingy smell.

Darrin assured me that by using the pet treatment and flashing the floor where there was per urine that he guaranteed the odor would be gone. When the carpet dried, the odor came back and some of the stains are still there.

I heard advertisment through radio station. I was little taken back when there was going to be extra charge to treat areas where pets had soiled. I was under impression the special price would treat it. He just did the basic cleaning, it still looks good.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had a patio carpet cleaned and for the first time in ten years and two different homes, it was not clean after you left. Then I had a large rug cleaned on the driveway to steam it and straighten out the kink in it. One price was quoted and after I wrote him a second check, tax was added and I had to scrounge for change in quarters and one coz it was over five dollars more. I had every piece of furniture already moved off the carpet nand i had vacummed it twice so it was an easy job. I also had to point out after he was done the two rust spots that he did not even offer to clean with the spray magic cleaner.

Too much confusion regarding what the company policy is? 3 different answers from 3 different people. An appt that was set for 430 to 6 and received a call at 1230 saying the tech was on his way. Seemed as though the answer on the 30 day free spot cleaning changed due to no available techs for the later appointment time. I was happy with my initial visit but the latest confusion leaves me wondering.

They came back out yesterday to address a stain issue and they acknowledged the problem was theirs. They failed to return our call today when we called to attempt schedule repair.
