Have more of a flat rate pricing. All the extras added up fast & the final charges did not end up being what I expected or budgeted for.
Experience was great, technician was on time and did a thorough job.
I like that when you are done the carpet is not stiff from the cleaning chemicals. Technicians are always friendly and helpful.
It would be helpful if you would have a list of all extras such as the cost of furniture etc.

The technician was super friendly. He worked really hard and the carpet looked extremely nice when he left. I am a little frustrated that this is the second time I have used this company and the price quoted over the phone is not even half of what I end up paying. I understand that there are some factors that will change once you arrive, but $450 is unbelievable. Not sure that I will personally use this company again just because of the pricing.
I already told everybody about it! The knowledge of the technician was deep and he was very thorough. He explained in detail pros and cons of things and possible outcomes of my choices regarding the services available. He offered various alternatives and solutions for me to choose from. Very efficient work, very professional service.
How Clean The Carpets Were After, Absolutely Amazing

The cleaning was amazing. Jamal and Sam got the smell of pet accidents out of my carpet and got rid of the stains that I thought would never come out.
Carpet looks new. Paid a little extra for an especially bad room. The technique our rep used worked like a charm and no evidence of past marks in carper are visible any more.
We paid extra money to get the pet treatment which our technician made it seem like it would take care of the multiple stains and smell. After he finished I noticed there were still very visible stains with not much improvement. When I asked him about this he said that the solution that was used would take 2-4 hours to saturate, so it would lighten up and get better. 24 hours have gone by and they are still just as visible and have the bad odor still as well. We would not have paid the extra money had we not been given the idea that this would help to solve the problem more than it has been.
Our ZeroREZ professional was kind and courteous. He explained everything to us that he was going to do as well as offered suggestions on how to keep our new home clean and efficient.

No soaps and chemicals to attract more dirt
The service tech was knowledgeable and very professional and most of all personal. Ron was very helpful to make sure I was satisfied with all that he did. The cleaning was super and taking the wrinkles out of my carpet was a tough job but he was able to make our 5 yr old carpet look almost new. Great job.
I have used Zerorez several times, I like the fact that there are no chemicals used and leaves your carpet really sanitary. Hats off to Will Hobbs. He was very attentive and courteous. Appreciate the service he provided.
I'm assuming this feedback request is in response to the filters that I purchased. Love the filters so far, but haven't had them long enough to tell you if they're any better than what I was using previously. Once again, however, your people give our misinformation. The only person in your organization that hasn't given me wrong information is Jeff Evans. When I purchased the filters the rep said they'd be Fed Exd in two days. I gave it a week and called back. The gal on the phone said it takes two weeks not two days. So I was expecting delivery via Fed Ex. Jeff then called to tell me someone would be dropping them off on a particular day and advised we didn't have to be home. That was correct! Jeff also assisted me with the Zales gift card. So, all in all, I do recommend your company because the carpet cleaning was excellent, the stretching was fair and the filters, well so far so good. But, I highly recommend you re-examine your company's communications policies.
Green solutions; safe for kids and pets
was unaware that furniture would not be moved. When at the home show, we were told that only realy heavy furniture would not be moved. The fact that only one technician showed up, kind of hard for him to move on his own.
The cleaning was more efficient and got stains that previous cleanings from standard cleaning companies didnt get. The tech was professional and thorough.

We like the Teflon protection. I had tried to clean up wax from 3 years ago when carpet was brand new and tried everything. Xerez got it completely clean, not a trace left. You can only imagine how excited we are that the wax spots came out completely, not to mention every other spot. Beautiful work.

My carpets are 9.5 years old and they look awesome everytime Zerorez cleans them (3 times now). I also have some pet stains that are totally gone. Great job!
the actual operation was very good. The yooung man respectful and efficient. the business part needs improving. leaving a message with instructions to press this button or that button not a satisfactory way to communicate since messaging does not have ability to answer. Hours of operation could also be improved. 6 30 in the evening is not the time to start cleaning. with some tweeking yhou could have a great operation.

Yall need to work better on listening and paying attention to the customer when they request a specific person to do the work , i had to reschedule 5 times cause i wanted the same tech to do all my work and 5 times you sent someone different that is not good customer service !!!
