Service provided was not what we had asked for and when we tried to fix the problem, customer service would not help. We had asked for 3 areas to be done for the $99 and u can get the 4th area free. The tech was rushed and only did our stairs and closet for $99, when I asked him about doing the 3 rooms upstairs he said he would charge me $159, which isn't part of the promo. Not to mention I felt pressured by him and he was in too much if a hurry to listen to me. Very disappointed in the customer service, we felt like we were bamboozled!
ZeroRez provided good communications on the appointment, the technicians were professional and courteous. The service met if not exceeded expectations.

The pre-treat smells fantastic. My service tech was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. Some of the stains would not come out but the carpet looked 100% better.

I didn't realize that my oriental rug would be sent to a third party for cleaning. I based my decision to use Zerorez on the cleaning methods as demo'd by your rep. It also took over a month to get my carpet back and they delivered to my office instead of my home as instructed.

You rep. came in and measured my home and quoted me $967.00. This was the 3rd time I have used Zerorez and the last time cleaning my tile was $155.00 plus $89.00 for the carpet. I have a 1,600 square foot home so the only deduction I can come up with is that either he is a crook or the company is a crook! I finally got him down to $342.00 to clean the tile and carpet. He did not put on a protection spray afterward. I moved ALL my furniture before had and all he had to do was come in a clean. He did not offer and did not help me move any furniture back in it's place. I moved it myslef. I will talk bad about your company for now and as long as anyone talks about carpet cleaning! I feel you need to send me a check for $98.00 to make up the difference in what you charged me the time before and the time this past Saturday. By the way, the previous cleaning also put down the Protector on my carpet.
It would be nice if you could give me a narrower window of when the service tech would come to my house. 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon is pretty long. Also, it would have been nice if you had told me that the service tech would call before he came, so that I could run errands closeby, instead of waiting at home all the time.
Good and professional work. Timely as promised. BUT, you must tell in advance that there is a mileage charge. Not knowing is likely to make customers angry at you.

When you came to the house I heard about all the extras that were needed in addition to your base service. I was disappointed that I wasn't infomred of this when the initial quote was given and I feel that you mis-represented what your base service covers.
