just water. . . no soaps. . . clean
We called Zerorez to remove dog odors from carpets in house we recently purchased. Men were courteous and efficient and appeared to do a good job. Carpets appeared clean, but dog odor persisted; it is even worse than before the cleaning.
Cleaning service appears good, but pet-odor removal service was totally ineffective.
A refund of the $60 per room ($240) for the pet-odor removal would make everything right.

It's green and clean
The only problem I had was the time it took to dry. I was told it would take longer because of the pet treatment but, I was told it would be 4 to 5 hours and it took longer.
Carpets always seem very clean. This time I had 1 small issue which I called and told them they might need to clean the tube on the truck that wAs used at my house, I had one area where there was a small handful of broken glass and there was nothing here that it would of come from. But Anthony did a great job and explained any questions I asked. Thanks again for a job well done!!

Your personel was great - Ron Self - very through and informative.
When I made the appointment I was never told that there was a $10 for your truck to run while the carpet was being cleaned. The technician was nice and did not charge it since it was not mentioned. I had water leakage last month and that was the main reason for the service. I had four rooms cleaned, 2 bathrooms a hall and my den. From the time your technician showed up and when he left a total on 30 minutes passed. I do not feel that he took enough time to thoroughly clean the carpet. He passed over the carpet mostly one time. I have used your service once in the past and was happy with the results. Not so much this time.
