Lower your cost for stairs, or better yet make stairs equal to a room or be transparent in advertising about the difference in cost.
you did an excellent job on our carpet but it was not an option to complete the cleaning of the tile in the bathroom, your chemical was not strong enough? I had hoped the same tech that cleaned our carpet would have come back for the tile cleaning, he seamed to know what he was doing, the tech that came to do the tile was not so sure? But no harm done, we were not charged for the second service.
The pre-treatment cleaning that got out a lot of dirt that a vacuum can't.

One of the technicians bodily odor was so bad. I feel really bad for saying it but my house actually smelled like him hours after. The carpet looks good though!

This was the first time I used Zerorez and was impressed with the friendliness of the technitian and how professional he was dressed. Our carpet turned out very clean looking and the sofa and loveseat looked very good for an older piece of furniture. I will be likely to call them again.
Seth and his associate did a great job cleaning the grout in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the solution they used ruined the baseboards, which we will now have to replace.
Your technician was very good and I would recommend him. However, it is my opinion that it was a lot of work for only one technician working alone. My experience with other carpet cleaning services is that two technicians working as a team are more effective and productive for the company providing the service and for the customer.
When I booked my appointment, I specifically requested a day that I could be first on the list. I was given a date and my understanding was that the technician would arrive at 8 AM. My husband were up at 6 AM so that the house would be ready. He arrived at 4: 20 PM and told me that was his scheduled time from your office. Need to add appointment time on your email confirmation in the future.
They do a good job and there doesn't seem to be wicking afterwards.
Was able to schedule within 3 days. Cleaning was thourough. EmploYees were courteous and professional.

My carpets look amazing and they don't have the residue of dog urine anymore.
I have used two other carpet cleaning companies in the past. I can't see a difference but the biggest problem is that my carpets are old. Cleaning the old carpet is not going to make a huge difference.
The representative, Joshua, was very good.
I thought I would get a Fuller's coupon but didn't.
Not throw out the cleaning solution on the customer's grass, causing the grass to die.
I was impressed with the knowledge of the technician and I think the work performed was really good. But what I wasn't impressed with was the clean up. I am finding dust and other stuff that fell from the vents all around the house and also furniture that was moved by the guys was not put back into place. So those are the things that could be improved.
I was given the 8:30-11am window and told I was the first appointment, yet the technician did not show up until 9:30am. I understand he was not late, however, when I called into the service center to see if I could reach out to the tech to see what time he was going to be here they told me they don't give out the tech's phone numbers (understandable). I then asked if she could send a message to the tech to call me, to which she somewhat curtly replied that "we call 30 minutes in advance", implying that she was not willing to do that. I then received a call saying the tech was on his way and would be here within the next 20 minutes. He literally rang the doorbell within 30 seconds. The tech was nice, but didn't do anything to make up for my annoyance up to that point. The carpets were cleaned well, but I can't say I'll rehire- the "call center" feel I got from the lady I talked to was quite off-putting.
The process seems very "clean". The carpets dried quickly. The service rep, Richard, was outstanding.

The service was great but the over all price was high and we had to leave because of the smell.
The house smells great when you all are finished.

More up front about the real cost. Quoted 194$ and ended up being over $300. Would have appreciated more detail about the extra costs.
The service tech was very friendly & well informed what all he was doing & explaining how the product worked.
The person who did the work was very professional, prompt, and did a good job. Highly recommend this person, Mr. Fabian Moreno. You need more like this employee.!!!
