My carpets look wonderful every time. Quality Work! I've used you for many years.
**However, while moving my kitchen table, the pedestal cracked. There should have been a way to move the table without damage. Now I have a broken table, and I don't want to have to purchase a new one.

The two men who came to my house were truly professional and spent time in explaining to me the products they were using and why.
Straight forward pricing, testing of process on my carpet prior to commitment, and most of all.a clean carpet!

My carpet was cleaned very well. He was friendly and professional.
The guy was really nice, but he told us our total would be $200.34 and if we wanted a pet spray it would be $260.34 which would include 3 bedrooms, hall, living room, & 5 chairs. He then said he didn't have the stuff tp do the chairs, but he could do a fiber protection for the same price. He charged us a total of $358.55 which was not the total i had already written my check for that he said it would be. So he scammed us. He also tried to leave out a room. We didn't have in our budget to pay this much since this was not the price we were quoted and he up the price several times. I thought the service was decent and I realized there was spots that wouldn't come up. We woke up this morning and now it is completely dry and it looks awful. You can't even tell it has been cleaned. I was able to get a few up by scrubbing it myself which is pretty sad that your technician couldn't. We have never used you guys and never will again nor will we recommend you guys to anyone. I'm very dissatisfied and in awe that you scam people like this.
I like that you don't use chemicals, and I have been pleased with all of the men who have cleaned my carpets. They have all been kind, courteous, respectful and timely.
I like the look and feel of my carpet after Zerorez cleaned them. It easy to keep them clean longer afterwards also.
My appointment was between 4-6:30 and at 6:50 I called to see if there was a problem. It would of been nice if someone would of called me when the appointment time was not going to be kept. The tech showed up at 7:50 pm and he was VERY nice. Apparently the original tech assigned to my case was delayed and they sent someone else. (?) The carpet looks great and again the gentleman was very nice and helpful.
The product is great and does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. The service technicians did an excellent job.

1. Availability was a priority as the home was being sold and it was only at the final hour the buyer's agent responded to my questions regarding replacement or use of existing carpet(asked 2 wks earlier).
2. Zerorez Contact and the follow through with scheduling and/or changes in scheduling from the front-end was courteous and timely.
3. After arriving at the home, the courteous and direct contact by the service personnel regarding: cleaning requirements of the carpet and/or problems noted for cleaning, their advice and explanation for each service (whether optional or a suggested requirement), and the immediate pricing were very much appreciated.
Out of town caring for an elder parent, the carpet was being cleaned for a new home buyer. I would have been extremely displeased to have learned of an "animal urine smell" or a major defect in the carpet after the fact from the buyer. These are "services" I value highly in choosing "home care and maintenance" suppliers.
Again, your expeditious and courteous assistance in preparing the home for the new buyer was very much appreciated.

The cleaning was very thorough and the representative was very friendly. Only issue we had was the hardwoods got some residue we had to clean up afterwards. Other than that awesome job!
