I loved that there is a pretreat service before carpet cleaning and that most of the water was extracted from carpet which allowed it to dry quickly.

They do a great job without using chemicals.

My carpet is covered with "track" marks from the machine...maybe the setting was too low for my carpet? The tech said they would go away eventually, but I have vacuumed several times and they are still there....my friends say they have never seen that before when they have had carpets cleaned....neither have I. What can you do about it?

I like that you did not use any shampoo to clean my carpet. I liked the clear canister part in the hose which allowed me to see how dirty our carpet was. My carpet was dirty and it had not been that long since we had our carpet cleaned.

I still have some stain on my living room carpet and I told the tech what they were and it is still there. I showed him another spot and he said it was just water and when it dried it was a spot. When he left it took the carpet too many hours to dry. It was very wet.

First of all he did a very nice job, took time to explain what he was doing and why. I like that there's not a heavy smell or fume type issues to deal with. Very good experience.

I had a horrible experience with Zerorez with cleaning my kitchen and bathroom floors. The first tech did a horrible job and left standing water in my kitchen and bathrooms. He also sprayed an excessive amount of water across my frosted bathroom closet doors. Also there was water sprayed on my kitchen cabinets and appliance. I asked about the excessive standing water but was told it would dry in an hour. It did not. I had to get in my knees with towels to mop up the water. I complained and a 2nd tech returned. He cleaned the kitchen cabinets but failed to clean the kitchen floow which was streaked. A 3rd tech returned on Saturday. He was wonderful and cleaned my kitchen floors. I am just not real sure I can use you guys again or recommend your service. The first two techs were very inexperienced and lacked customer satisfaction skills.

My stairs now look like a zebra. there are strips on them that appear to indicate where it was not cleaned like the spot next to it.
