Great technician, like the green-friendliness of products, tile cleaned up great.

He did a great job getting the pet stains out of the carpet. The price to use an extra treatment for 3 stains was $60. When I express that this was really to high, he cut the price in half. I appreciate the discount, but would rather you start with a fair price. He was very knowledgable and a great salesman. He informed me of several different services. Thank you!

In the past after having my carpet cleaned it was wet for days plus it smelled unclean and was as dirty the next day. After having you guys out everything smell great, it was dry in a couple of hours and looks brand new. I know my carpet was really dirty (I have 2 small dogs that come inside to potty more often than not...I know...gross!!), but I just didn't feel like it was as clean as it has been with other hot water extraction companies. I paid extra for the pet urine encapsulating deodorizer, which I guess worked, but I just didn't thing I got my carpet clean. He didn't even move my coffee table to get in front of my sofa really good, or under the table for that matter. The carpet is about 5 years old, a high quality Tuftex Stainmaster nylon, and it usually comes really clean- with the exception of some old stains. But, my traffic patterns just still feel dirty.
I think your raving advertising campaign may be setting expectations higher than you are able to achieve.
