I have been using Stanley Steamers for years and then I heard about you. The first time you came out it was awesome!!!! The best I have ever seen. the second time was good but not as awesome as the first. The carpeting didn't seem as clean. It was good not great.
Richard was very polite and very knowledgable. We have confidence in his ability to get our carpets their cleanest.

We were quoted $99 for three rooms but when the tech showed up, we were told we were going to have to have pet deodorant or the pet smell would be worse. The cost was, as you know, $180 MORE than our quote. It seems like a standard question would be "Do you have pets?" to prepare the customer for the possibility of and extra $200 charge. The tech was GREAT and gave us one room free, however, the stains did not come out and the smell was back the next morning.

The young lady I spoke with to schedule my appointment for carpet cleaning misspelled the street name and the email address which caused issues. Once the address was corrected they did find the street but was late. Were scheduled between 4 and 6:30 and did not show up until almost 7. Was told my receipt would be sent by email. This would have arrived if the email address had been correct. I had to call twice the next day in order to have the email address corrected. The carpet is OK but the staff is not professional.
I felt like i was subjected to bait and switch. The appointment setter would not give me an estimate of what it would cost to clean two stains on my carpet. The first thing the service tech did was check the company records on my account. I was not prepared for a $300 First name removed to clean two spots.

They clean well and dry quickly. Your rep was polite and helpful. However, you need to caution about dragging the hoses over wood flooring to get to carpet. The liquid removes the wax and spots the wood floor.
Although I like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals, and my tile floor did come clean and my oriental rug looks brighter...I'm not sure how clean the rug really is...I don't feel as though the job was worth what I paid. The guy you sent was very nice, but careless. He was not careful about his shoes and left tracks on my wood floor...I put a sheet and a towel down to protect the wood floor and my carpet from his shoes and equipment. Also, I had to tell him to clean around the edges of the floor prior to sealing it. When he did seal it, he applied too much product which left pools on the floor and would have taken all evening to dry (very inconvenient, since the tile was in the kitchen and it was late in the day). No wonder he told me it would take 4 to 5 hours to dry (which I wasn't expecting). My husband ended up wiping up the excess. As well, your guy got sealer on the wood floor where the tile meets the wood. As a result, we spoke with someone in your office about all of this and mentioned a discount. He said that he didn't know if he could do that, but that he would call back the next day to follow up. We never received a call. When I pay that much money, I expect better service (knowledgeable staff and more attention to detail)than what we received...I was left disappointed.

Zerorez offers a lot of good products. One in particular, with allergies and especially since where I live is heavy construction I'm contemplating is the air filter and I'm pretty sure I'll be getting that soon. Other cleaning products were mentioned to me by the tech and I'll be looking to get those as well. Today was mainly getting my carpet cleaned. Whoh! Amazing! My carpet is passed clean, it looks brand new. I am blown away, I don't even want to walk on it. My sons and my daughter, all whom are grown could not believe the cleaness and how it made them feel. It's weird, you get this feeling of being in a different house. It has not been cleaned since we moved in the house in 2008 and for it to look this amzing there's just no words. I couldn't take my eyes off it the day I got it done. The drying time if is so quick, and no excess water! The whole house just looks great! As in hollywood, it looks marvelous darling! The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me as he felt he needed to inform me from time to time as he was working on my carpet. Very friendly also and easy to voice my concerns which I liked that alot. I took off an extra day from work just to relax and look in awe as to how my home looked and the freshness the Zerorez cleaning had given it. There's nothing like comeing home to a good looking cleaned home! Zerorez has my business from now on!

Your representatives, Kenneth (who provided the estimate) and Rubin (who did the cleaning) were knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The cleaning of our carpet and sofa yielded a terrific result. Living in an RV, I was not sure if everything would come clean. Some of the old coffee stains could not be completely removed, but the other stains (wine, food, etc) came out completely. Everyone should use Zerorez.
