What do you like about our products and services?

We were particularly impressed with our technician, Andrew Gonzalez. He did a remarkable
job and we feel very fortunate that he was our tech. The carpets look like new again.
The fragrance is nice and we will definitely tell our friends about you.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

ii was under the impression that no chemicals would be used and was not true. i also expected a fresh clean smell, that was not the case. i have had the carpet cleaned before. it did not smell like that. most parts of the job was done very nicely but other parts could have used more attention. the tech's equipment broke and the job took 12 hours to complete. i was told there would be guys to do the work not just one person. the job needed at least two people. because it took so long i was not able to walk through until the next day. i also was not offered to be billed for the commercial job so i had to come back from my home 20 miles away to give the tech the church check at 10:30 p.m. in which the job was still not complete. the tech was very nice and like i said parts of the job i was very pleased with other parts not so much.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I read your policy about pricing and your tech did not give me nor my wife a final price before starting the work. When I left to take my granddaughter to soccer practice at 5:45, I asked the tech (Ron) what the price was going to be and he calculated it and showed me a price of $329 and some change. I told my wife the price and I left afterwards. When I get home, I asked my wife what the price that was charged and she said that Ron sent it to my email address. It ended up being $402.94. If he was charging extra for some of the rooms, he should have said something during our walk around as well as when he calculated the price for me. I also saw an ad on Zerorez that is advertising 4 rooms for $99 vice 3 rooms for $99 in the Star Telegram yesterday. To me, I felt we overpaid for the carpet cleaning job and most likely will not call Zerorez in the future.

The spots continue to come back even though I have been told BOTH times that they will be gone and not come back! Same spots are there again!

Love that you don't use chemicals, although, we do have you use the pet enzymes. Still I feel the carpets are actually clean when you leave.

The technician was completely knowledgeable, extremely thorough and very honest about the work, suggesting exactly the right treatments for our situation without attempting to sell us additional treatments we did not want or could not use.

What do you like about our products and services?

They worked. I wasn't sure if an "empowered" water technology could get the stains out of MY carpet. It was rough to say the least. Not only is EVERY stain from my carpet removed but it was done quickly. The stain that I have tried to remove with home cleaning systems for years is even gone!
You had pleasant techs and great products! Thank You!

I was so impressed with the difference in my carpets after William cleaned them! They looked as good as new. The next day the impossible happened, they looked even better! William was able to get out the red Jello spots as well as the coffee spots. I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets. I have told everyone at work how great Zerorez is. I told them they would not be disappointed with the service. And the young man that was sent was so informative and polite - he was GREAT!

Your technician was in my house less than 25 minutes. Although I have a small home, I did not feel that a good job was done. My carpet is less than 3 years old, was lightly soiled, and had one slight traffic pattern. He immediately told me that he could do nothing to make it better .... even though you advertise that you are especially good with traffic patterns. My carpet looks exactly like it did when he arrived. I am very dissatisfied with your service!

The technician was extremely nice & polite. He did good job for the most prt, but failed to move a chair and 2 end tables to clean under them. Was a bit disappointed to discover that this morning when I moved them out to vacuum.

I was disappointed in about every way possible. When I would call your customer service in the supervisor was never around I would leave a message to supervisor would never get back to me not until 3 days to a week later. And when jake stone came out to do my carpet thats where things really went down hill. He came in and rushed the job and even damaged my baseboards. When thomas came out for my redo he did it right and was the only good experience i had biut also made me more mad because I was seeing all the things that jake skiped and found out that he out right lied to me about a lot of things and now I just got a hold of a manager that said that he didnt know my baseboard issue had not been resolved

The tech was freindly. I got a call when you said I would and my carpet looks great!!! The only think we didnt get was our Fuller g.c. Can that be mailed?
