While the carpet cleaning itself was good, the person performing the service was obnoxious. He *made fun of me* when I asked about the rest of the special - the El Fenix gift card and the extra $55 for services. He said he didn't know anything about those, that "those people" never tell him anything about what's going on. I told him that I did not appreciate him getting onto me when I asked about the special I purchased. He said he wasn't getting onto me and laughed.
The one thing I will not stand for is to be laughed at or made fun of. Perhaps that is just his personality, or he thinks he's being funny, but it has put me off from using your service again - at least with him.
The technician Ron was a very pleasant and hard working man but he mentioned his fan was not working and left with all the tile floors still wet, not a big issue but the tile floors have a residual film on them after they dried. They feel sticky and look streaked with apparent water marks. Walking on them either leaves you feet or socks sticky. There is a residue film from I believe the "sealer", this film will wipe off with work. This is apparent on all the tile floors and I have had to reschedule an appointment on Wed May 19.
The service techniques were very nice and friendly, they were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Carpets and furniture looked great when they were done.

The Zerorez professional was very informative and explained everything about carpet and what it really needs to get a really good clean. He was friendly and did a fantastic job! My carpet looks like new! He put a scotch guard treatment on it.

The Zerorez representative did everything right and had a good attitude. The problem is my perception of you and all the other big carpet cleaning companies (like Dalworth). All of you offer specials all the time for "3 or more rooms". I only have one (big) room with carpet. If you would offer a one-day a year special for homes with just one or two rooms, you would get so much good publicity you wouldn't be able to handle it. It would be a loss-leader, but retail and grocery stores do it all the time. Think about it. Meanwhile I just slowly steam.....

The technician was a no-show on my first scheduled appointment; the scheduler told me the tech's phone was not working - supposedly he knocked on both the front door and back door with no answer (not true - I was there the whole time and didn't hear a thing). My appointment had to be re-scheduled for the next day. While the second technician was prompt, he was a little too pushy regarding the Stainmaster protectant. I ended up purchasing it, but was not happy about spending nearly twice as much as I had originally budgeted for the carpet cleaning. The whole botched-first-appointment incident followed by feeling pressured to buy an unexpected add-on make me hesitant to recommend your company to my friends or associates.
If there was some way to keep the front door more closed instead of wide open, it would minimize the amount of insects (flies/mosquitoes/wasps) that get into the house. The two hours it took to clean the carpets meant that a lot of insects got into the house. This is Texas. I'm still swatting flies a day and a half later. Also, the dry time estimate is not so accurate. The areas treated with Maxim took well over 12 hours to dry. The areas just cleaned took more than 2 hours to dry, it was more like 5-6 hours.

Your pricing other than carpet cleaning is too high . You just gave me a quote to clean a marble floor for $1000 and I got it done today for $440.00 ! Beautiful job too. Consider giving faithful long time carpet customers a break on other services too.
I loved that I had only a 2 hour window for the guy to show up and Luke called then to let me know exactly when he would be there. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

I recommended you and my friend was treated real bad over the phone her name Kathern. I called and ask why he was treated so bad and Jeff said he would have a boss call me. That didn't happen. My friend ask to have the walk ways cleaned, she said it's all the room are nothing. I have owned a buiness and I thought the customer can be right.So he got nothing. Sad, because he takes care of his mother who is 101 years old and the wheel chair makes the carpet needing cleaning a lot. You lost a good customer.
I see spots still in my carpet. I paid extra for the walked area. I have used other company paid less and saw spots. I paid more money to you all and I see spots. What I would like to see is those spot to have been worked on more. Now that the carpet is dry the spots are showing up.

When I called to book the appointment I asked twice about any extra fees not included in the $99 special. I was told there were none. When your technition arrived he informed me of a $10 fuel fee. I should have been told of it at booking. Your technition spent 20 minutes total on my three rooms. He told me that he could not make the high traffic areas any cleaner because they had too much wear. When he left I took some Oxyclean carpet cleaner to the areas and was surprised by the amout of dirt it lifted off. I think that your cleaning should have done the job without my additional work. My carpets look good now but only because I supplemented your services's job. I'm not sure what you can do to make it right. I just wanted to let you know that I was dissappointed.
The service tech was very persuasive regarding the ability to eliminate the pet odor. The enzyme or treatments were not effective and I am having to replace all the carpet in the house now, after spending $422 to clean them, they are being thrown away along with the pad.
I would not have even allowed them to be cleaned if a trained professional had told me that he was NOT sure that the treatment would in fact eliminate the odor.
In fairness to the service tech, the carpets were much better looking from a cleaning perspective , surface dirt and some spots were eliminated but without neutralizing the pet odor, there is no reason to have even done the cleaning.
