Zerorez was recommmended to me by a friend in our neighborhood, so I thought I'd give you a try. I initially requested an AM appt, then the automated message (as the date grew nearer) specified the appt would be between 8:30am and 11:00am, with a call 30 minutes prior. I called in at 10:31 after hearing nothing from the company all morning (no ETA) and was told they couldn't be there until 11-11:30 - late. Then I see/hear nothing, so I call in again at 11:43, and was told it would now be 12:15. The tech finally shows up at approximately 12:40 - pushing our family plans back severely. As I showed the tech the three areas needing cleaning, I requested one room (family room) receive the pet spray (which we paid the additional $$ for). The other two areas were very small - perhaps 150 square feet total between the two areas. I asked/suggested that it would be nice if he sprayed the little additional areas too, but was quickly denied and told that the company is very tight on the spray. I replied that it would have been nice if the company was as tight on their committments to schedules, as the deadline for the appointment was past over 1.5 hours earlier. The reply was "oh really?" and nothing further. At that point it was clear to me that customer service was not a priority with Zerorez. Neither the two customer service reps (telling me the tech would be later and later) or the tech himself made any effort to make up for my family's inconvenience. In addition, my invoice/receipt is supposed to come via e-mail (with a voucher to Fuller's Jewelery attached), which I have yet to receieve. I think it's rather tacky/inappropriate to receive a request for feedback on services prior to even getting my invoice and completing the transaction by delivering the Fuller's voucher (part of the "special" I signed up for, which I hope comes very soon). What can you do to make things right you ask? I'll leave that up to you, and your response will determine whether I use or refer Zerorez in the future. Thank you.

Fast and no residue left. Personable service.
The technician was great. Only thing I have to say is that I paid extra forvthe pet I trearment in the dining area and it s r ill has a smell where as the ad markets odor eliminating.

It was quick, dried quickly, and I liked the fact that you don't use detergents. My technician, Joe did a great job on the pet stains!!

this time, I took advantage of the $50 off "other services" and sent some wool/silk area rugs into your store to be professionally cleaned.

Have been a customer for five years, this was the first visit where I was not satisfied with the job. All it took was a phone call and with no hassle a follow up visit was scheduled. The customer service rep who made the follow up call did an awesome job, carpets look just like new.

The care and attention to detail by the technician was superior. The carpets came out great. I liked the fact that no soaps were used. The technician made the service much more pleasant and was very friendly. He was detail oriented and cleaned every nook and cranny we have. I would recommend ZeroRez again but with the same technician, Jared. He did a fabulous job and we couldn't be happier.
Clean, no residue and very professsional
The carpet was very wet after he left at 6:30pm. Tech said it would dry in 3-4 hours. It was still wet in places 12 hours later. Also he did not mention the $50. gift card I was told about when i scheduled the appt.
Everything was very clean. Service was fast and drying time was short.

A closet was not done and some pet stains missed.
The cleaning was good. But the Oder at thy finish was bad
Technician was great. No complaints. However, our timeframe was 4-6:30 and the technician didn't show up until 8:45. I realize it wasn't his fault but I never got a phone call from dispatch explaining the situation. I assumed in the end you weren't coming. I had to put my 4 year old to bed around 11pm. Very disappointed.

After my tile was cleaned and the grout work scrubbed there were areas that didn't get as clean and appears they are random misses of the cleaner. The should be some follow up once the grout dries to ensure the service was complete.

I am very impressed with how clean Zerorez gets the carpet. This is the second time I have used them. Your rep was on time and did a very good job. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
