Your process is unique and very effective. I was surprised to see the amount of soap residue Justin was able to extract from previous carpet cleanings of other companies.

They did a very good job of cleaning the carpet and time it took to do so.
The appointment time was not met 2 different days and no call to even say they were going to be late or not at all..Had to call in myself to get the information, to re-schedule, and had to call and see why the timeframe wasn't met the 2nd day also, and no call to tell me they would be late, again. Other than that total rudeness. The tech was very polite and explained what he was going to do and did it in a professional and timely manner...Was very pleased with that portion of the service....

The rep was great, he explained the service and was very professional; the cleaning was very good.......however, I feel that the charge for pet problems, although good, were somewhat overpriced....I also realize that this is the case throughout the industry....were it not for that, your score would have been 10.

Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. However, work did not begin until 30 minutes after the 2 1/2 hour window I'd been given.

The devil is in the details. The carpets look great. I am pleased with an eco friendly carpet service and product. Despite calling twice to ask for someone to call me before showing up during the 2 hour window, I received no notice and someone showed up on my doorstep at exactly 6pm. Technicians were friendly, professional and hardworking.

BUT, because everything was electronic, I did not see the $10 fuel charge before the invoice was paid. I also ended up purchasing 4 gallons of empowered water which the technician did not leave before he left. I had to call multiple times and finally with the 3rd call, I've been promised (again the correct amount of the product I purchased). I also had to follow-up with the extra gift-card that was offered with my package in order to receive it over email.

There seems to be some lack of follow-through. I want to use this company again and I hope these issues can be addressed within your companys so that others don't experience something similar.

Loved how long the lines in the carpets stayed. The service tech that came out offered to run over sections a second time. Did not leave until we were completely satisfied. The only negative was it took a very long time for the carpets to dry.
