Although our carpet is fairly new (15 months), I felt as though the technician sped through the appointment.
Additionally, our carpet was extremely wet for several hours afterword as though they had not been sufficiently vacuumed.
Your newspaper ad is deliberately misleading, in that you do not mention a "fuel surcharge." I was not told of it when I booked my apointment. I was told that "you always charge for this" when I called to complain. If that is the case, you should stop advertising $99. It is dishonest and makes your company look so sneaky.
Carpets came out cleaner than new. My bill was just as you explained to me on the phone. The technician was on time, courteous and efficient. Couldn't be happier with the results!

Well for one thing I was told it would be around 210.00 to start but I had no idea that your pet treatment would end up with a final bill of 454.00. As of today my house still has pet odor. Your technician seemed very professional but I feel that you should come back out in a couple of weeks and clean it again at your expense.

The curtesy of the technician (Troy) was fantastic. His willingness to discuss his tools and the materials he used helped build confidence in his ability to clean our carpets.

My carpet is much cleaner, all spots removed and time will tell if they come back like with other carpet cleaning campanies.

Killed my grass in the front and left a residue on the carpet and tile.
I had my carpet cleaned in three rooms. I was very happy with that service.
So I then decided to have my kitchen floor tile cleaned and sealed. My breakfast nook has the same tile and I intentionally didn't have it cleaned to compare the service to a quick mop job. I do not notice any difference when I compare the two areas.
I feel I paid $280 (-$50 for gift card) for a 10 min mop job that took 2 hours.
The inhome experience was excellent with technician Ron Self, friendly, trust worthy and professional. With that, I trusted him to take my carpet for the spa service...and paid $162.00.
I was told that I would recieve my carpet in two weeks and that it would be cleaned, pampered etc. in the facility. Carpet was taken Friday, 5.17.13.
After contacting the office several times before the listed calls below, my concern grew each time of possibly my carpet being misplaced or stolen. Each call would end up with the employee stating that they would get back to me on the status and never heard from any one.I called on the following dates to recieve no response....

When I finally recieved my carpet, $162.00 later, it looked as though nothing had been done.It looked uncleaned and all the stains remained...very disatified.
I love the inhouse service , but beg to defferr on the spa process.
That it gets the floor really clean and the servicemen are very professional.
Results were very good, tech was good.
I Iike the fact that there is no residue left in my carpet which keeps it from getting dirty quickly unlike your competitors.
Living room carpet had a bad odor after cleaning for two days. Carpet was very wet upon completion. Using fans it took 1 to 2 days to dry out all the carpet areas. I thought it would be soft to walk on as advertised on the radio. Like walking on egg shells. Rather hard to the feet at first. Still have two problem areas I pointed out to the tech. May not be able to clean those two areas.
Plus side, carpet did look clean.

Jerry seemed to know his product very well. He did a great job. Our carpets look like new. All very professional.

It's like magic...my carpet looks better than new! Not sure why I didn't call sooner?!? Joe was fantastic...friendly and efficient. I will tell everyone I know about this fabulous service!
